I just had a Revision done yesterday! My first breast augmentation was in 2000. Saline was the only option at that time .Mentor 250cc tex. silex . I loved the saline but over time I did not like the way they rippled and felt. After nine years my left defated.

Yesterday I had 450cc Mentor (memory gel)hp silicone , under mucle put in. They look beautiful and feel amazing.

Revisions are less painful...I took only one pain killer last night and feel great right now. Yes the incision under breast is tender But otherwise I feel wonderful. Would highly recommend Silicone over Saline...thats my personal feeling and I let my doc pic out size and he was right on for the fuller look I was wanting. Since I am 45, 118,5'4"

Wink saline for me

Hi

I know what u are going through with the decision...
I had paid for silicone..but 2 min before surgery switched to saline..
health comes 1st. plus I got them for me not my hubby
I worry alot so the worries of MRI appoint.
and not catching a leak soon enough frienghtened me
and I wouldn't enjoy having them if I had to be stricked with worrries
tha being said ...I love saline...plus they are perkier! good luck with the decision

i have silicone. my doc said 98% of his surgeries are done with silicone and he prefers to use it. though i think that saline look larger than silicone. just my opinion. good luck.
