Do your boobs get bigger as muscles relax

Mine have gotten bigger but definitely not a full cup size. I didn't really have frankenboob so I'm not sure that I will get much bigger..

yup...mine have gone from a VERY,VERY small B pre-op, to a full c post-op, to a D now, and i'm 3 1/2 months post-op

If what I am assuming frakenboob is, is right, then I don't think I have it either. They are high but thats really it. But I asked for a C and have been in a D since surgery, I don't want to go any bigger . . . .
