in all honesty, i just got mine done 2 days ago, and before i went into surgery, he said we'd agreed around 500, and i told him that i just didn't want to be too small. he said it would be plenty. so far, it is. i'm glad i didn't go bigger. definitely BIG. i did start with a c, though, so that's an important thing to know as well. i still don't know the final amount.

Hi! I am going with a 520cc cohesive silicone over the muscle (I am a 340cc right now). Hopefully I make it to a full C/small D on November 13th!

Hi, this is the first time I am on this site and contacting someone here. I am hoping you might be able to advise me. I was a 34A (barely) and went to a 34C (full) with a saline 350cc in 2001. Eight yrs and two babies later I am a 34D (not very full), because of the breastfeediing for two years. My PS is recommending 550 cc (at least) and I am nervous that it really will be too big for me. I am 5'1" 120 lb (athletic) and petite. I want to be fuller but I don't want them to look like they're up to my chin either, ha. Oh, and I'm going with silicone this time moderate profile. Agh! Please advise...thanks!

Hello, I understand what you are saying it is a hrad decision. I am going with the 500 hp after hours of trying on clothes and trying on different sizes. I feel that this is the key to getting the what you want in the end. The more you try on the more comfortable you become with sizes and looks. At first I wanted 400s now I'm ay 500 and confident. Get what you feel looks right and makes you happy. Any more questions feel free to ask.

Thanks for the tips. I've done some of that and it always looks like I have something stuffed in my shirt rather than the real deal. It's just hard for me visualize being so large. However, the breasts have quite a bit of extra skin and should easily "hold" such a large implant. I don't know I just don't want them to be the first thing that walks into a room. Besides I run practically everyday...and, well, just can't imagine. Anyway, I'm driving myself crazy over it. I am looking forward to hearing about your results! If you don't mind, that is. You're scheduled for about 2 wks before me...thanks, again.

My PS ordered 450 & 500's...Im not sure but which I'll end up with..Dnt wanna be too top heavy because I have a small frame..(Ugh)...This is driving me nutts...Good luck to every one with up coming breast augmentation's....

You sound so happy! I'm so excited and yet really nervous. What is your height and weight? How did you decide on 500cc? Did the PS suggest it? Or, did you just say that you were going for DDs?

5'7" 125 lbs. and so excited. The surgeon had no play in my decision. I was going to go a little smaller in the beginning to please others then I thought this is for me and I want what I want. I think that 500's will fit very nice on me and give me that powerful look. Whatever you do - DO NOT allow others to influence you away from your desire for "that" look.

Hey girls I have a couple of questions. Yesterday was my day. I told the doc I wanted perkie not natural with alot of fullness in the top. He put in natrelle saline filled mods with 510cc. Below are my stats. Do you think I will come out with what I wanted? You know I can't tell anything at this point.

I am looking at going 400-500cc. I tried on the sizers at my consult and REALLY liked the 500cc but I am afraid they will be too big... more afraid of what others will say/think (others meaning my mom more than anyone).

I am 5'7", 132lbs, and a 34B-small C (deflated after 2 babies). My PS said a larger cc would look fine on me w/o looking too big b/c I have "nice frame that can hold a larger cup size"... I think he means I have wide shoulders and baby-bearing hips. lol

I am definitely leaning towards 500cc. I am going with silicone unders.
