450cc or 500cc?

Ok my breast augmentation is 17 days away...My PS ordered both 450 & 500...I'm tall but my build is very thin...Im terrified that I'm going to be too top heavy and look ridiculous .....I tried on sizers one 450 and one 500 at the same time (couldnt really tell the difference)...My question is can I do the 450 and overfill to like 480 or 500?..N if so would that make me look like I had the 500's put in?...Or am I too thin to be going with so many cc's...Im totally starting to stress myself out..I dnt have anyone besides you ladies to ask for advice so pleeeaassseeee HELP me out...I have pre breast augmentation pics that you can check out..Thanks in advance...

My advice for all women who have sizer questions is to go for the bigger size.

You said so yourself that there wasn't a major difference between the two sizes. My ps said that they are usaully only a couple teaspoons difference...which isnt the huge impact we imagine it to be, ya know??

If you're still battling with it then maybe you should go for something in between like 475...I know how hard it can be, we all go through it when picking out sizes.

The sizers look nothing like the final result. They always look lots larger than when they are actually in your body, especially if ur getting unders. Good luck!

if you are worried about being too big just get 450 and fill to like 475 or a little bigger! I don't think there would be much difference between the two and i would normally say go the bigger size bc people are always wanting them to be bigger bc u get used to them! but you are worried about being too big but i think 500 is good!

oh also i think taller people can have bigger implants and they don't look as big-i dont think being thin will make them look enormous-

I am 5'8 110lbs.. I was sooo afraid of being TOO top heavy b/c I'm supper skinny!!! But then I was scared of going through all of it and not getting them big enough. My doc recommended the 450cc's and I was so nervous at first so I totally get your concern. Now that it's over with, I think I like them. I don't love them yet, they are putting me through too much pain and they are useless..lol... But when I see the curves I never had before, I think they will be beautiful! Well I am not all that tall (5'3") 120pds and have 450 saline unders filled to 500. They look perfect for my size and build so I think you should def not be shy to go with the bigger size especially since you taller than me. And yes, you can certainly have your PS overfill the 450s to 480 or even 500 which helps avoid rippling..Good luck!

I am very thin and petite, I got 450cc silicone gel overs mods. I was a small saggy B preop and Im now 32DD at 6 months postop. I have pics posted just FR me. I love my new girls. But If I had it to do again Id go bigger. simply because I like the big boob look, I just dont want to look too top heavy. lol Theres not a huge diff between 450 and 500, so Id say bring on the 500's!

Go for 500cc's. Seems you are going for salines so I'm sure they can overfill them. I have 450's and I'm 5'6"ish and I carry my 450's well. I actually think I could go bigger. You're tall so don't think you have anything to worry about.

That really isen't a huge cc difference,so i would go with 500cc especially since your quite tall!! Hope it all goes well for you!!

i would go for the 500 cc's. 50 cc's isn't much of a difference. i actually got 450 filled 530 cc's and i'm very happy with my size.

Go for the 500's for sure. I looked at your pics.....I am only 5ft and I got 375 and for sure could have gone bigger with looking still natural.

Hi! I am very petite and was worried about being to top heavy! My PS said that I could go up to 500's. When I tried the sizers on, they looked way too big for me. So I opted for the 450's f/t 480. I now wish I had gone up to the 500's. When in doubt, go bigger. Most uof us go through the boobie greed & if you go bigger you will feel better about it! Good luck!

Thanks ladies I'm thinking the 500's too. My PS ordered both 450 & 500 so day of survery imma gonna tell him to try the 500's first . Thirteen days to go and I'm so excited . I've become addicted to this site,tryna prepare myself for my entrance into Boobieville .

I went 450HPs and LOVE them and they are only 7 days old!

At the end of the day its your decision what size you go with and your the one that has to be happy with them

I am positive no matter which you decide on they will look fab!

Like others said, go for the bigger of the two. It's not much of a difference to begin with and in my opinion they look smaller after surgery than what the sizers appear when trying them on. Good Luck! Looking back I wish I would've tried on bigger sizers, but at the time 550cc's appeared big for me, so I didn't even bother.

Yes definately go with the 500. We are kinid of close in stats and I dont think mine look too big at all. In fact, if I could, I would go bigger. They may seem big at first, but once the swelling goes down and you become acustom to them, youll realize that they really are not that big after all.
