![]() | Girls w/ bigger implants...How long did you wear a sports bra for?
My doctor said I should always wear something supportive since my implants are heavy and to help prevent bottoming out..I had to wear a sports bra 24/7 the first month, and only at night after that.. I had little breast tissue to begin with so I am not sure if i always will have to wear a sports bra at night?? And I'm curious if I'll ever be able to go braless?? thanks

My left implant was bottoming out a little bit so I wear a underwire 24/7. It took awhile to get used to but now its no big deal I'm used to it. Youre ps knows whats best. |

I had to wear a sports bra ALL the time for the first month! It was so strange to walk around without it after that cause I felt like my boobies weren't protected! Haha. But I got used to it quickly & absolutely despise wearing a bra. I'm thinking I might be wearing a bra more after my second breast augmentation cause I don't want my 900cc to sag too much.

![]() | Im actually not wearing a sports bra right now to help lefty drop. But i do wear a cami with a built in shelf bra and i pull the bra part up over my left and keep it under my right to keep that side supported. I always wore a bra with my 1st breast augmentation, and it feels so weird to go w/o one now, especially with the larger implants. I know that once left is where its supposed to be i and i get cleared for regular bras i will go back to wearing one all the time. I dont want the pockets to stretch and i surely dont want these babies to sag!! Its ok to go braless from time to time, but i dont think id make a habit out of it...and id atleast wear a sports bra at night to keep the pockets in good shape, you want to protect that investment girlie!

I have 600cc silicone gel, I do wear a sports bra most nights... More for comfort and i want them to stay up high... I think if you go with out, here & there you will be fine....
