Need Size advice/confusion

I am a 34 B right now and want to definitely be a Full C possible Full C/Small D.
I have been to 2 consults and told the surgeons I want to be a Full C not Full D and so they recommended 375-400 CC. But both suggested I go bigger.
So i tried on the 450 CC implant and like the look. I was told I would be a Full C Small D which I am okay with.
My only concern is based on discussions and "about me"s from JBI it seems going that many CC's will put me at a Full D!!! And I am very scared of going too big!!1
I have seen many stats that say they started an A cup and ended up a full D after 400 CC... what do you think? If I go 450 am I going to be way bigger than full C small D?
THANKS!!! ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT!

here are my stats if they help
34 B
5'4
130 lbs (but i look like i way less which is why I'm scared of going too big!)
I will post a bikini pic album so you guys can see!!!

I would think 450 would be quite a bit bigger than a full C. I know everyone says go bigger but it depends on what you're looking for. A doctor is obviously going to have the experience to know how many cc's will get you to a certain size but they are human and have ideas of how big they think you should go too. If you want to be no bigger than a large C I'd stay away from 450. Just my opinion. You know how you want to look after. Did you bring pictures? Also take a look at the stats of other girls similar to yours. Make sure you are comparing yourself to people who also started out with the same cup size as well. Check out what size they ended up with a certain # of cc's. Best wishes.

betterlaterthan is an unknown quantity at this point
This is the question of the century. Here is what I know and it may help you. I am 5'6.5" and weight 140 lbs. I was a small A preba. I had 450cc HP Memory Mentor gels. I am now a small D. If I measure my breast using all of the different methods it puts me at a C (not even a full C). I don't look huge and they fit my body, I think, really well. I think that the reason I am wearing a small D is that the placement of the cup on the bra works better with the placement of the implants. That is why LaMystere bras has starting making bras for people with implants. They even tell you that you may wear a different size in that bra. So I guess what I am saying is that while I wear a D cup, it is only because I have implants, not because they are actually that large. My ps wanted to go 500cc on me and, like you, I was afraid and chose the 450's. I wish I had listened to him. I love my new girls, but think they would have had an even better shape had I allowed him to put in 500's. If you read the post on JBI about size you will find that about 98% of the time the girls say they wish they had gone bigger. I swore I wouldn't be one of them and here I sit saying now saying, "I wish I had gone bigger." Hope tis helps. Send me an FR if you want to see my 450's.

Our stats are similiar. I've had 3 kids so my boobs were a deflated 34B pre breast augmentation. I told my Dr I wanted a large C/small D. He recommended 350-400 for me. I liked the look of the 400 sizers so thats what I went with. I ended up with 420cc total in each breast and currently wear a 34DD at 6 months PO. Definitely bigger than I thought I wanted, but I love them. I think if I had gone smaller they wouldn't look as nice since I had a lot of loose skin from pregnancy that needed to be filled up. I had to sign a waiver, that said I realized that the Dr couldn't gaurantee me a specific cup size, I don't know if this is the norm or not. Also before my breast augmentation journey, I had a really skewed perceptions of what an actual cup size really was- all D's are not equal. Look at a 34 D then go look at a 40 D and you will see what I mean. Also my PS had me look at before and after pics and pick out the ones that I liked. I picked out 6 and all but one were D's or DD's. So try not to be to hung up on cup size, but more on what "look" you want.
