Is it true what they say about VS sizing?!?!

I heard recently that Victoria's Secrets real secret is that they size there bras basically a cup larger than reality... it's the secret of their success. So if I'm a D at VS does that basically mean I'm a C!?!? I pretty much think every single bra I've ever owned was from VS so I wouldn't really know any better. Granted I have some stuff from FOH, but it's all for fun/play.

I hear that if you are a C cup you will wear a D at VS to make you feel better. Yes I think its true. I cannot even squeeze in a 34DD from them. But most bras I wear are 32DD or 32F so I would think 34DD would fit in the cups but they are too small.

I thought they ran small too, to make you think your boobs were bigger than they were! I bought a 34A band here like 2yrs ago, when I needed new ones, Maybe a year later, I found the band was so much tighter! Even though I hadn't changed in size!

Yes, I hear they run small.

However, it depends on the bra. For example I was sized a 34DD. There lightly lined, or unlined bras I wear a 34DD. If I try to get into a push-up or something more padded Im a DDD.

So it depends on the bra. VS sizing is weird in a lot of their bras. I was sized at Macys and wear a 34DD solid in their bras, went to VS and got a few bras there in 34DD. However, a few of their bras the DD was tight, and I was falling out.

My PS/PA suggested going to 5-6 stores and trying on a variety of brands. You will see its rare for all brands to size and fit the same.

Well I just notice this week. I purchased maybe four bras from target and they are 34a and they have full coverage and fit perfect, and I have my VS bras that is a 34b and my boobs are falling out of it. So odd.

Oh yeah, VS is an ego stroking marketing genius. I recently bought a VS bra from another member on her. It is a 34DD but I am falling out of it. I normally wear a 34DD.

It is true, sadly. I wear a D right now (5 weeks PO) so I assume I am really a full C elsewhere. I am going to Neimans to get sized after 3 months.

yes I definitely think thats true. I was told I was a C so all of my VS are Cs. but when i went in for my consult, my PS told me I was a B!!! I always knew I wasnt a C but it was nice to pretend lol

Ok then...
This is really kinda annoying and I think deserves more attention.
If you think about it thousands of women are out there on JBI trying to figure out how many CC's to get a certain look or cup size, communicating with other veteran women, looking at there stats etc and yet how are we supposed to know if when they say they are 34DDD and have 450cc's that it's legit or it's just VS marketing BS!?!

I'm totally not trying to burst anyones bubble, or certainly don't want to insult anyone but I mean really WTF -- hows a girl suppose to know. Maybe this is why it seems like half the breast augmentation population wishes they went bigger?
I just got 450cc and was hoping for full D maybe DD, and all the while I'm likely to have a C cup??? I always thought 550 would be full D but after spending so much time on JBI and looking at other girls stats I went with the 450's... apparently I should have gone 500 -550? I don't even know anymore, so confusing!!!!

Who's with me on this??? Now don't get me wrong, I love -absolutely love my new ta-ta's cause well, they're new and certainly better than they used to be, but if we're gonna go out and spend all this money souldn't we know exactly what we are getting without the misconception of false marketing???

Well, you're saying you got your cc amount on how girls looked and how their breasts looked. Did you take pics in to your PS? It seems like you are upset that you can't say you got a D cup? I totally agree with you that VS shouldn't do this, that's why most of the girls on here will qualify when they say their cup size in a VS bra.
I think though that if you really did base off of how the breasts look then you should be happy. No one looks like a D cup cause really, every D cup is different.

I think it just al depends on what you have to start with your ribcage and how tall you are, right now I am measuring a 32DDD or 34DD and I got 500ccs but my right which I have had cc in still has a little dropping to do but I really do not expect my size to change but its possible but I really look for this to be my final size. Like the above post says all D cups are so very very different

Yup... I have a C cup VS bra that I fit in to and all the rest of my bras from various other stores are B cup.
