Consultation tomorrow - need help

So I am of course going to listen to what the PS says tomorrow but here is what I was thinking.

My stats are:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 179lbs
32" rib cage
33" waist
42" hips
I currently wear a 38A-B (36C push-up). I want to be a 38D-DD.

The first PS said he recommends 450cc, round, mod pro, cohesive gels, subglandular placement via periaerola incision. I can deal with the placement and incision just fine (would rather have inframammory incision). I was thinking of asking this new PS about getting 500cc HP, instead of 450cc mod pro. I want the fullness and roundness without the sideboob look. As one of the guys that DH works with said "go big or go home".

So all you post-breast augmentation ladies, I would like your opinions.

Hi...not really sure I can give you any advice. I'm doing my first breast augmentation in a month, and I'm struggling with what size to get. But you and I are similar stats (I'm 5'7", 170 lbs, ribcage is 35"). My PS has suggested I do 650 mod, submuscular (mentor gel). He's not particular about incision, but I think I'm going to ask for inframammary, because it's easier to place the implant. He recommends the 650 mod based on its diameter. My BWD is around 17 -- if I don't get a wide enough implant, he says I'll have a large gap between my breasts, which I don't want. Anyway, I'll be curious to see your update and what your PS says tomorrow. Good luck!

This is my answer ... go bigger! I got 340cc's and at 7wks po I am a full C. I wish that I had gone bigger...I am sure you are not looking to be huge but if I could do it again I would get 450cc and I don't think it would look large or unnatural.
