![]() | Anyone 5 1-1/2" 110lbs. 29 Ribcage...What size to go?
I am starting to second guess my size decision. I have seen some pics of similar size women go larger and some go smaller than I want to, but all look a little different, even with similar size implants. I am 5' 1-1/2", 110-112lbs. (depending on the day) 29" ribcage, Full 34A to small 34B, small boned. In pretty good shape (lost 30 lbs. last year) and working on toning muscles more. Anyway. My plastic surgeon told me I could probably go 375 to 400. I was hoping maybe 425 and now my hubby is getting booby greed and wants 450. I would like to be a D but not sure if I will look too top heavy. I plan to go submuscular, moderate +, silicone, smooth, crease incision. I want a nice natural result without the ball on the chest look. I really want a nice slope. Anyone of the same stats had this done? And what were your results?

I'm 5'2", 115lbs (was 100lbs when I had my first ba). For my first ba, I got 400cc, which took me to a D cup (and I was FLAT before ba). I had another ba and went to 575cc, which put me at a DD. Now I have 450cc and am a D cup again, just a little fuller than I was with the 400's. If you're a full A/small B, I think you're going to wind up a large D cup with 425cc.

I am 1 week post op. And I too didn't want to go to big or small. I'm 5'1 and about 110 .. They look huge now. I measured but its still swollen so it wasn't that accurate. But its about 36 inches around the bust. I'm guessing ill be a 36d after d and f. I am freaking out right now thinking that I should of went smaller. But if I went smaller I would never have known how I felt about being to big. So we shall wait and see. But I'm happy with any kind of boobs at all!

I am exactly your size and age. I went with 397 silicone unders by Natrelle. I am 3.5 weeks post op and I've been told they look totally like they belong on my body. They aren't too big for someone our frame and they have a nice shape. I think 450 might be a bit big if you are trying to have a more natural look. Good luck!

Thanks, I sent some friend requests to hopefully see if either of your results are what I am looking for.

I was a saggy 36A, small B, but just skin before my BA. Before I breastfed, I had probably a small A, and the skin just stretched to give me a little more 'stuff'. Well, anyway, I got 375Mod+ Silicone under the muscle, and I was a 34DD (36 very full D) at first, and after the year was over, I went down to a 34D, 36 Very Full C) So I shrunk a little during the year. So I would not pay exceptional attention to anyone who has just had an augmentation because their breasts will change A LOT! It's best to take advise, if any, from someone who has definetely settled, I would say over a year, because mine just changed and it's just been over the one year mark. To let you know my statistics, and if I like the size or not: I am 5'1". Between 105-110 pounds, 30"ribcage w/a good shoulder, and 13cm BWD. And I think the size (34D) is quite enough, except I don't have much cleavage due to my ribcage and BWD measurements. But the size in general, with clothes on is definetely enough, and I look quite large with tight fitting clothes on! Sometimes I wish I even went smaller, but since I am learning different ways to dress, I am glad I did go this size. So, your ribcage, BWD, and shape (shoulder width) makes a big difference in what your amount will be as oppossed to someone with different measurements, even IF the same height and weight. (ALSO, your breast anatomy. My brest normally sticks out, so even before I had a BA, I had ample projection with only an A cup. ) So you need to take those into consideration when comparing. |

I think 450 would be great on you. I have learned that with implants cup size means nothing. I have 350 cc and although the bra says a D or DD, I look like an average C in clothes. I WISH I had gone with 450. Go for it! I agree with alot of ladies here.....when in doubt go bigger. Also....remember that by going under the muscle, you do lose volume, so whatever "sizer" you like, go 50cc's over to end up with the same results. |
