HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!! Stressing over size!!

Ok, so my pre-op appt is Monday and my surgery is scheduled for November 13 (next friday). Of course I said the whole..."I want to look natural so I don't want anything bigger than a small c", but WHO AM I KIDDING?!?!?!?!?!?!? I was big 'ole C's and quite frankly I'm really shooting for 32D's. But i don't know because I don't want to be disappointed either way. I don't want to be too small and I definitely don't want to be too big.

At my last consultation I told the doc a C and she suggested High Profile 350 cc unders and they will be Saline implants, so that is what I had stuck in my mind.

It's hard for me to talk to other people about it because while my friends and family are supportive, as soon as I mention D it's like WOAH WOAH WOAH THATS WAAAAAAAY TOO BIG!!!!! Which I have to admit I thought D was big too, until I found this site and saw you fabulous girls and thought "Wow, that doesn't look that big at all"

So I guess my question is, do you think my frame can handle 32D's? I'm even nervous to ask my doc for this size because I still feel it may be too big.

HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!!

You'll be fine as a D, you'll look spectacular. But here is one thing for you to consider...
Augmented boobs look smaller than natural. Many girls say they measure a DD but look more like a C. So ask yourself, do you want to measure a 32D or look like a 32D?

I'm 5'10", 145lbs so we aren't far off. I am currently a 34 large C/ small D and I'll be lifting and augmenting in December. Your frame can certainly handle it. I'm really shy about pics and I realize I'm missing a lot of pictures and data that way, but hey... I'm shy.

Before kids I was a DD and while nursing I was a G/H. I'm going back to DD and perky.

So yes, your frame can handle it. We come in all different sizes naturally! I think the natural/fake look is largely due to the pocket formation and not so much the size.

I hope you come to a happy conclusion!

I a shorter and weigh a little less then you and I have 450's that put me at a full D, small DD. They don't look out of proportion to me at all and in fact I think they look to small. If you truly want a D do the extra 50 or 75 CC's so you don't have regrets. I think you can pull them off and they will be amazing. Of course, I like the look of bigger boobies personally.

Mine came out to D cups, but they do not look like D's to me under clothes. I have a friend who's close to the same height and weight I am and she wears a natual C cup. We look the same size in clothes. Don't be afraid of the D!

I think you can DEFINATELY handle a larger size. We are the same height although I am ALOT heavier than you. I would go with 450cc. I wished I would have went slightly bigger.

I am 5'7" about 177 lbs, almost 3 months post partum. I am getting 510cc gummy bear unders. I am hoping to get a full D-DD as an end result. If they are a little bigger, not a big deal. I like full boobs. I think you will look great as a D.

You can totally pull off a D! I was afraid of being too big too. I just had my breast augmentation on Monday and am busting out of this D cup bra right now. I had 450 salines/unders and they don't look huge on me.

I'm 5'9" 125 and I am going with 450 mod plus. I will end up with a D. I'm a 36A right now. But don't worry so much about size. At your preop try on sizers just remember u will lose 25cc's. The sound of 450 seemed huge in my mind but once I tried it on I loved it!!! What if u end up with 600 and u love the love. Just don't get stuck on cc or a set bra size. Try in the sizers and pick the size that u like in the mirror. Heck if I end up with a DD that's fine or if I end up with a C too it doesn't matter cause how the 450 looked like on me is what I wanted.

Go for the D's.. You'd probably regret it if you didn't. I was a 32A and told everyone I was getting a D and they said it would be way to big and look bad. I had 450cc's and they look great with my 5'8 110lb body. If i went any smaller i would've been soooo disappointed!

Go for the D's! =). Im a little shorter than you and have 400's and i know i still have to D & F, but my 400's should put me at a full C, small D. I kinda wish i went 450 LOL. You can totally pull off a D =)

Hey April,

We have very similar stats. I think you will be able to pull of a D no problem, my kids sucked the life out of me as well. I started out a very saggy 34B (really an A padded bra = my best friends) and now I am 34DD! I really love my size! I don’t think I look top heavy or “fake”! The biggest regret I commonly hear is I wish I was bigger….. You don’t want to do this again! Who cares what others think, do what you want to do!!

You have a 32 band size which makes all the difference. Consider that a 32D is the same as a 34C and even a 36B. A 32D is not huge. With your height, you would look great with a 32D.

Het there, you would look great with DD...you are tall so could carry it off really well...I am only 5 3 and have FF and they dont look too big at all...go for it girl!

Go for the "D"s...Your tall and can definately pull it off. I have 500s over filled to 515 and when I saw them I was like Geesh they small. I know I'm only a day out but I was expecting Huge Tatas.....U dnt wanna regret goin to small. I'll post my pics as soon as I can so you take a look.

This was me too! I was soo scared of being "big", but scared of being too small and disappointed too. I listened to the girls on here, and decided it'd be better to deal with being a tad too large than a tad too small, and I'm so glad I did!

Good point. I repeat this over and over on this board. Hope it's not too monotonous!:

I have larger measurements than I thought I would, but I only look like a "full C/baby D." Had I gone smaller, I'd have been disappointed. Screw what any of your family says. It's your money, your body, your aesthetics.

I am 5'7" 140 and I have 700cc silicone HP under muscle at crease. I have pics and I think I look natural... no one has even noticed cuz I always wore padded bras before making a fake boob ... now, I am all real and lovin' it! ....go for it! You can handle it. Better to have more than not enough...hummmm :-)
