anyone NOT super petite and got HPs?

A lot of people are saying HPs are for the smaller, petite women but I am thinking about getting HPs and I am average sized! I measured my ribcage myself and got 30" which seemed big..

The reason why I am thinking HPs is because I have cleavage but am lacking in the projection department. Anyone with similar stats have HPs with successful sideboob?

Me! I'm 5'4'' and I'm 148lb...... so I'm a bit heavier

I was a full D before BA and had a fair bit of boob meat that completely covers the implant so you cant see any of the implant shape or roundness in mine. They just kinda fill me up quite a lot.
I only have small ones though but mind you I went from a D to a F or G......!!!!

I'm 5'4" and weigh 140 lbs and have 550 HP's. I looked at your pictures and you look a lot smaller then me??? Take a look at my pics if you'd like. I have some side boob, but not a lot. I look much thicker then you, I would think you'd get plenty of side boob with HP's which from reading your other thread is what you are looking for.

im 5ft 5in, with 32 rib cage...hp's 500cc unders....i had just hanging sacks of skin for boobs...i wore a 34b, with padding and wires and what ever else you could put in there to have boobs....b/a on oct 27/09...i think right now im measuring a big c, or small d....dont know what will happen once they drop and fluff...bigger? ya right now i have side boobs...but hell anything is better than what was there.....

I am 5' 8" 155 lbs.
plastic surgeon recommends HPs to give me fullness on top. I do not have a small ribcage.. I think it is 34" or something like that; large chest bones!

I do not want to end up looking "top heavy" which I think the HPs will help in that regard. I will be going with somewhere around 450 CCs. Saline unders.

I was scared of going with HPs because of my larger ribcage but I trusted my plastic surgeon and I love them!

I'm 5'7", roughly 177lbs, with a 32" rib cage. I am getting 510cc HP gummy bears. I am going with HP cause I want the projection.

I have a 34 inch rc and have hps. I think because i didnt go to big they do look a little more narrow then i would of liked. I dont have the fullness or roundness. If i have them redone to go larger i prob will get hps again and hopefully a bigger implant will give me what i want.

I don't remember my rib cage but I am 5'9 115lbs im skinny but not petite if that makes sense??? anyways I got HP I love mine...wish they were bigger but so glad I got HP

Hello im 5'5" 130 and I have a 28" rc. I started off with saggy 32c/34b boobies from bf. My plastic surgeon recommended hp to fill me out and I love them. I got 425cc overfilled to 480cc on both sides. fr me to take a look at my pics im only 2 wks post op so im still sitting high and have not dropped yet. I even got side boob which feels weird when I move my arms lol. Good luck with whatever you choose.

My ribcage is 30" as well - I'm 5'6" (ish) and since surgery, about 130 lbs..... I went with HP's and you can see from my pics that I got a lot of upper pole and already have fantastic cleavage. Now, I'm only about 2 1/2 weeks post op, so they have to drop and fluff yet, so not sure what will happen then, but I do know for a fact that they will have PROJECTION for sure!!!!!

Hi! I am 5'4" and 125 pounds and I have HPs and they look stupid. They are way too far apart (3-finger gap) and are 1.5cm BELOW my BWD so they look horrible. My pockets were also cut too far apart so that makes it worse. Plus they are only 340cc's which I think are way too small for me. I have a lot of stuff going on with mine!

But at least I am having them replaced in a week with ones that actually fit my body, 520cc's at the BWD they should be at and closer together. They are also HP but a bigger size to balance it all out. Even though mine are all messed up and look like balls on the sides of my chest I am not bitter or anything.... :L
