Need help with size from tall girls plz!

I have a breast augmentation scheduled in Nov. Stressing about the size for now good reason - help! I really want to look natural in B-C range, definitely not a D! I'm getting silicone unders. I started with 270 and now I'm way up from that and waffling b/w 3 really close choices:
1 - 300 cc low profile,
2 - 304 cc mod profile,
3 - 339 cc mod profile

I'm 5-11, 145lbs. 34/36 small A with BW 12.5-13 cm.

Anyone with similar stats who ended up in a full B / small C range? THANK YOU!

I am you!!! In terms of stats LOL Though I dont know how to measure BW.... But my PS has suggested using350cc to get me to a full C... They say about 180cc per cup size as an estimation if that helps... I am super stressed too though thinking 350cc isnt going to get me there UGH - Hopefully someone post breast augmentation will have more insight and GOODLUCK!!!!

I'm 5'11, 130 lbs and I was a 36 A & 11 cm bwd before my breast augmentation/BL. I went with 300cc hp silicone unders. I'm now a 36 C. My ps thinks I'm still a little swollen & I'll go down a bit. I think in the end I'll be a full B small C. I was going to have 250-275 cc's put in but then I found this site. Almost all of the girls recommend when in doubt go with the bigger size. After doing some more research I discovered that there really isn't that much of a difference between 275 & 300 cc's. So far I like the size, but big wasn't what I was going for - I wanted to be perkier and proportional with the rest of my body.

I think the thing that will make the biggest difference for you will be what implant profile you choose. It truly is a matter of personal preference. Also, the ps that you select also has his/her own way of doing things. I met with two doctors that highly recommended the hp's. Then I met with one doctor that refuses to use them on anyone. I love the high profile implants. But my boobs were completely deflated and perkiness was my biggest goal.

I think for a full B / small C 300cc should def be enough. I got 320g/315cc (BW 12.5) and it took me from a very small / deflated B to a mid D cup! I went with the Allergan Style 410MM (Moderate Height [11.6cm]; Moderate Projection [4.6cm], the "gummy bears"). Although I measure a D cup now I wish I would have gone bigger to ~450cc to LOOK like a D. Anyway, hth

When everyone tells you that you will look smaller in clothes than your bra size, BELIEVE them! I was a little skeptical but it has been completely true for me. I totally look like a C in (most) clothes. When I tried on sizers, my PS said, "Let's go by appearance, not CC size, okay?" Everyone (who knows I had a breast augmentation) says I look very proportional and natural, not too big.

Our height does tend to swallow them a bit. Just my $.02, but you know what you want the end result to be. Personally, I took in photos, my PS recommended a size based on his experience and my characteristics, and I got exactly what I wanted. Best wishes on your decision!

I am trying the rice test. I LOVE the way 300 cc looks. I made a 350 batch too and it looks a little too big for me, not comfortable after wearing it for a couple of days. I want to look like 300 cc, however do I need to get 339 cc in to look like 300 cc?? I asked my PS and he said that it's not true that the implants look smaller under the muscle, just flatter, but the same volume.

I'm leaning towards a safe choice of 304, rather than 339 cc, base on the rice test. Anyone did a rice test before breast augmentation? How accurate is it? Thank you all!

I weigh a bit less but 300cc took me to a full C
go with what you're comfortable. Try not to fall the the pressure of going bigger than you'd like. Unless you'd be ok with that?
Perhaps try thinking about it in that light - would you be MORE ok with being a bit too big, or a bit too small?

My BW is 12.5. The width of the 339 implant is 12.4 while the 304 one is 11.9. Is one or the other supposed to fit better or is it just splitting hairs?

339!!! I'm 5'10" 133lbs BW 13cm... I'm getting my breast augmentation done in December. I want a full C look. I'm a big A small B cup now. I picked three different implants 400,425,450 Mod + Saline unders for my surgery. The PS will choose the best one during the surgery!
