UGH...OK 3rd consult today

You would think I could make up my mind.

I am pretty POSITIVE I am going with HPs. Feel confident about that.

Now; it's the CCs.

Remember.. I am 5' 8" 155lbs

OK..Doc suggests 500 CC right side overfilled a bit
450 CC left side (for assymetry reasons) also overfilled

Overfilled to get the fuller look.

But I tried on the sizer (she didnt have the 500 in HP... only Mod; so it made me look really wide and kinda fat)
So I came home and made rice socks.

I felt HUGE and ridiculous!! IS THIS NORMAl??

I am thinking this is too big. Maybe 400 and 450 overfilled would fit me better. I know everyone says go bigger if in doubt; but I dread the thought of being too big and having to "hide" myself or feel self councious on the reverse end, ya know?

Any opinions?? I would like to be a FULL D.

I am much shorter, and smaller than you. I got 450HP and am a small 34DD.

You definitely need to go bigger to get a FULL D. With your height and weight, 450HP would definitely NOT make you huge or ridiculous by any means.

Are you going under or over?

Unders you will loose about 50ccs or so. I tried on 450 rice sizers and almost backed out. My PS told me that the rice test in inaccurate. So I stuck with 450CC and I AM SO glad I did! Although I am a DD, I dont look like my best friend with natural DD's. Implants are smaller appearing for sure!

I think do overfilled to 500.

I have a friend with your same stats... she went 575 and only ended up a 36D.

I just think with 450 on your height and such - you may love them, or end up being one that wished you went bigger. Only saying so cause I got 450's with 5'3 128lbs stats, and I probably could have gone another 25-50cc without being ridiculous by any means.

i say by ur stats you should go with ur ps suggestion because i even wish i went a little bigger...and from what u say how many cc u want its kinda what i have now so i say go a little bigger....

I would say go with what your doc says. I got 420 overfilled to 500cc. And so far i like my size although there still tight and high. Doc says it looks like ill be around a D -DD... I dont feel like there to big for me at all. And remember alot of us writing to you including me might not have gone through the fluff stage yet. I have read alot about how women accually grew 2 cup sizes whit the fluff stage. You wont regret going a little bigger but you will regret going to small.

Sry if i rambeld on... Im kinda bored. lmao

That is my concern.

If I got DOWN to 450 CCs and then she overfills to 490 or so... That might bring me close to 500 CC's right?

Just go with a 500 CC implant.

I'm 5"7 130lbs and went with 500 o/f to 515...I'm only 6 days out but I look really small and wish I would have gone a lil bigger. You can FR me if you want to see my pics...

Hey.... we are similiar in height and weight. We are friends, so if you'd like -- check out my pics.... I have 600 cc HP silicone. I just took a peek at your pics... you are starting out with more natural boob than I did... but maybe it'll give you an idea.

I was really scared about going with the 600's... but they really aren't that big.

Do 500c overfilled. 25CC' is only about a heaping tablespoon and a half. It really is not going to be that big. Check out other girls on this site, with your similar stats of height and weight. You will see what I mean!

i think overfilling isnt going to be a difference at all.....say u go 30cc more by overfilling thats like a little full medicine cup....wouldnt be that big of a difference...

i'm 5'4 and 115 lbs and have 390's and they dont look too big...so, i think based on your height, etc the 500's will look awesome!

When considering the rice test you need to allow for a 20% loss of size when you go under the muscle. , if you want to see what 500cc implants will look like, try on 400cc rice sizers. I did this in a tight sports bra and wore it around every day for months leading up to my breast augmentation, and no-one noticed when I got the real 500cc implants. If anything, my boobs looked smaller for the first month after the breast augmentation until they dropped and fluffed. Now they look more like the 400cc rice sizers.
Trust me on this- 500cc wont look rediculous! I wish I had gone bigger now- My PS said I could go 550cc but I chickened out- now I know that no-one has even noticed my boobs, I would have gone 550cc! Ah well, there will always be a redo one day.
I got mod profile, I kind of wished I had gone HP..... just for the projection.

I definately say go bigger because of your weight and height. I am the same height as you but heavier and I got 500L/550R silicone unders. I think and wished I would/should have gone up to 600/650. Once I lose weight, my boobs will look bigger :-) Fake boobs definately look smaller than natural.

I tried on sizers from 300 to 500 and remember thinking the 500's were way too big so I was going to get in the 400 range. Well, after talking to gals on here my size, I decided to go with the 500's. No regrets! And they do not look as big under the muscle. I think the initial "trying on sizers" they will look big because you are not used to them. You get used to them real quick and for a few month's post op, I was wishing I had gone even bigger! But I've been content for a while now, Thank God!

Just something to think about....it's a very personal decision. Would you rather err on the side of too big or too small?

My 2 cents: ~500 cc range sounds ideal. It'll definitely bring you into the full D range/most likely DD. You are starting w/ a good amount of breast tissue. I'm almost the same stats as you. Started w/ a lot less tissue, got 400cc and am now a D cup (small D). HTH's. Another thing to remember, the rice sizers (although fun to try out and wear) will not give you an exact replica of actual breast implants. Generally, rice sizers will look a whole bigger than actual implants. Best of luck to you.

So I am wearing the rice sizers; about 50 CC under my intentions.
(515 CCs)
And I already got used to them last night. LOL

You are all right, and I am going to go with the

465...overfilled
500...overfilled

My PS is very conservative and she said she would only overfill by about 20 CC max, so that isnt really that much.

thank you for helping me; I was really stressing.. but I feel at preace now, which was the feeling I was waiting for!

Now the big question...WHEN DO I SCHEDULE MY SURGERY????? LOL

I did the same thing with the rice. You have to remember that they won't feel that heavy and they will be more formed to your body. I am 5'6.5" tall and weigh 138lbs (and counting down:-). I have 450cc HP unders. My doc tried to get me to go 500. I wish I had. If you wan the full D then you def need to listen to your doc. I measure at a medium C but can wear a D with a smaller band size. It is because of the difference between Aug breast and homegrown, though. The placement is different. I love my HP's and am so happy that I chose them. Good luck.
