So Unsure On What Size!

Help me decide pls! I have no idea what size to go to. Im 5ft 4ins and weigh about 125 lb's ( will be back down to 120lb by op day).
I am a small 34b and i thought i wanted to go to a c.
I have tried the rice test and filled roughly to a about 320 cc's and although they look massive at first within 10 mins they dont look big enough, so am now wondering if i would end up wishing to be bigger.
Is there anyone out there with simular stat's who could recomend the right amount of cc's to give me a small d and would i look ridiculous this size.

have you seen a PS yet? if so, what did he or she recommend?

I think its best to go on a few consults, find pics of what size you want to be and show them to your PS and see what he/she says.

Every body is different so a certain amount of cc's on you will look very different on someone else.

It looks like you have som pre exisiting tissue with your current 34 B which means you can probably get away with a smaller implant to get the size you like.

and remember, most (not all, but most) women wish they had gone a tad bit larger.

I'm 5' tall and weigh 118 pounds. My implants are 375's filled to 375 R and 400 L. I can wear a 32 d/dd or a 34 D.

Go for the BIGGEST you think you can go, once they are in they are much smaller, go bigger, you wont regret it.

i would go big. i think you will be ok if you stayed in the mid 300's.

Our stats are pretty much right on and I had 390cc and I am not as big as I thought or hoped I would be. Just today I was thinking "was it worth the money and pain to only be this size. So words of advice RESEARCH read this forum and take your PS advice that almost everyone wish they had gone bigger. You loose so much volume behind the muscle and they really seem to disappear in some of my clothes. Good Luck. Don't let the # of ccs scare your.

I think trying on implant sizers at the PS's office is the most accurate way to see how they'll look on you. I'm similar stats to you but started off as a pretty flat 34A. I got 421R/457L and am glad I went as big as I did. I was pretty shocked at first, but once I started wearing bras/clothes I saw that with the large boobs, you can show them off or practically make them disappear depending on clothing. I would say if you're in doubt, go bigger so you have both options

I am 5'2" 125lbs. I asked my PS for at least a C. At 3wks post op I am a 34D. At this point, there's plenty of time for change. I am fine with that but not hoping for more with D&F. I want full perky breasts more than large breasts. It just depends on the look you're going for.

I thought I was sure and everytime i read the forum I get even more anxious about the size as well. I was thinking that 300cc would be enough after trying on a 36C bra and looking so huge in it. I rather have full perky then large breasts!! this is the exact way I will tell my doc. I have a PREOP in two days and then breast augmentation in 7 days following! So, I gotta get my pics and comments well thought out before going! YIKES its so fast!

I once heard that whatever size you choose for, it will look a size less in clothes, and I see that in my friends. I would not go under 400 cc's unless you are really trying to just get some volume but not big size, staying a little conservative. JMO. I am similar in stats 5'2 or 5'3 (depends hahaha) weigh about 115-118 right now and I want D's because they will look like nice C's when clothed and like what I want when naked ;-). I tried the rice test with 470cc's roughly and though a bit big right now, I'm sure it will grow on me. I don't want to look porn big or anything, but if I'm going to do this, I want BOOBS! Not just perky little ones, I want BOOBS!! :-) Ask your PS what he thinks and have him help you decide.

I am 5.4 and 115 pounds, I have 6pp high profile and I am a small D. If your ribcage is 29 inches or less, you could get high profiles. You would want at least 450 to 500 cc. either moderate plus or high profile under muscle. If you are going over muscle you could drop to 400cc. Remember it is about 150cc to change cup size.

Hi there my weight is similar im about 120pounds Height 5'7, also a small B cup, to get a D cup ive been advised 310cc to 340cc no more than that otherwise it will look ridiculous as the width of my chest, i thought this was too small but i have been assured by 2 surgeons

I was also thinking C at first but soon changed my mind to a D, again i was advised this by my surgeon to go bigger as i may be dissapointed with a C, and i think i agree..
Do what you feel is best let me know what you decide!! Difficult decisions lol.

If you plan to go from an A cup to a B cup, trust me, you wont notice any difference whatsoever once you put your clothes on. It's not worth the pain and cost. Go bigger, at least to a D cup. I know this sounds huge to you, it sounded huge to me before my breast augmentation, but following other girls' advice here I aimed at a D cup with 365cc and I think I'll end up a C, and when I put my clothes on nobody notices I've had a breast augmentation. I should have gone bigger!

Its definatley true about your size looking smaller in clothes.

I'm similar stats to you, except I started with a 34A, I got 450cc vhp's and so far am a 34DD, so I reckon you'd want 350-400 to get to a nice D.

Mine arent half as big as you'd think though, its only in figure hugging clothes that they really stand out, if I wanted to hide them it'd be very easy.

I'd say go bigger if you can

I got 405 ccs. It took me to a large C/small D.
