Bigger, high profile

I got my agumentation done, in marh 09.. though i am not satisfied.. i want them perky with more projection!! i was a small A cup, got 390cc moderate implants.. I noticed tila tiquila got hers bigger. i want mine looking like hers. what do you all recommend.. I was thinking a high profile, 450 implant? im on the left!

Hello Kimmy, I had my second aug. done in june of this year. I am dissatisfied as well I currently have 500cc under silies. I thought that going from saline to silicone would make me have more projection but i was wrong. My ps said it had nothing to do with saline vs silicone but in doing my research I found that yes it does have a lot to do with it and the fact that I went under the muscle also contributed in me not achieving the look that I wanted. In December of this year I will be going in again he wants to give me 700cc but I will be talking to him about giving me 800cc hp under the muscle as always and with medial cleavage. I am also having a breast lift to get rid of the extra skin that I have after my last pregnancy. I read on some other ps blog that patients should go in with some knowledge of what they want and use terms like hp, low profile mod plus medial and take in as many pics as possible to help him understand what you want to look for. Just saying I want a c or d cup is not good enough since c and d's look different on everyone. I am looking at taya from rock of love bus her size looks good to me

IF you want more projection,go with HP's and for the rounder look.....overfill them.I overfilled my 630's to 750.
It worked for me.......I also went alot bigger on my second breast augmentation and NOW have the results(projection and shape) I have always wanted!
The biggest change will be the profile for you....also remember that 50 CC'c is NOT much(volume of a shooter glass).

i concur. my friend did the same and they are HUGE!...but look great. btw, Destiny, your pics look great.

I do need to update the pics now that the scars are fully heeled....maybe this weekend!

FR ONLY accepted if you have pics....sorry!
