Hi! Yes my doc did all the necessary measuring. My rib cage is 29 which I was told your supposed to add 5 to that to get your size so I'm a 34 and the width of my breast is a 9 I'm getting silicone partial unders moderate+. He told me 350 will be enogh but even though yes I know weveryone is different reading other girls stats & pics that are similar to mine got 400's to achieve this FULL D look while some claim to be even an F!! So IDK im just so confused!! Lol!

Yes your right!! I leaning more towards the 400cc's. Besides we only look 'big" when we're nude or revealing clothing or tops so I think I'll be ok. I just didn't want to look too big either I wanted them to look kinda "natural".

I am 5'10" and around 143 lbs. I was a full B, small C prior to my breast augmentation (left side was smaller). I got 400 cc's in my larger side and I am a 34DD, but can also fit into a 36D...just the band is a little big.

If you don't want to get into the DD range, then 400 may be a lot...you may want to go with 350. It all depends on your body and the best person to help you with this is your PS.

Hi!! Yea my rib cage is a 29 also which means your a 34 like me. I'm also a FUL B baby C. Wow so you think 400cc's will be to big for me?? My doc rec the 350 as well. I dont want to be a DD just a nice FULL D. I'm also getting smooth mentor silicone partial unders but I'm getting the moderate+. You post really has me thinking now. I know its basically almost nothing @ all but mayb I'll do 375cc

Do you have current pics that you can send so we can see if any of us were close to your size?

You say MAYBE C?? I was a 34B and saggy after two kids. One was much bigger than the other. I went with 400CC in one and 450 CC in the other. Silicone gel, under the muscle, Mod Profile.
I have a few photos if you wanted to see - send me friend request.
They are totally natural looking I think part to do with Silicone and part to do with the sag that was originally in my breast and that I only went with Mod.

I know this part is the most challenging - it was for me anyhow. I had several doctors tell me that I should go with 275, 300, 350 to achieve a D cup! LOL...I finally brought photos to the PS that I went with and he said for sure 400 and 450 will bring them even and to where you want and the size you want without getting a lift.

Hi! Yes I'm kinda saggy too so I have enough breast tissue I'm a 34 FULL B maybe C. What size are you now after the 400cc's?? Whats your weight & height?? I'm 5'7 138lbs. I like yourself want to achieve that "natural look". You probably look natural because your breast tissue & you went with the moderate. I'm going with the moderate+ because I have no upper fullness. I'm leaning more towards the 400cc's even though I initially siad I'll go with the 350. But I'm afraid that will just get me to a FULL C baby D.

I did have a lot of tissue to work with. I was a D-DD cup when I was breast feeding my son (never got measured and I'm sure the nursing bras I was wearing were too small but they worked for the month that I was BFing him). I deflated to a C cup quickly after my milk dried up and within the year post-op, I went down to a B cup.

I would go with the 400cc if I were in your shoes but that is just me. The 25cc isn't much of a difference at all. To be honest with you, I didn't even realize that one of my boobs was smaller than the other until my PS told me that it was so it wasn't a big enough difference for me to notice on myself when I looked in the mirror on a daily basis so the 25cc is such a small amount, really it is!

Good luck making your decision.

Ohh ok so we kinda do have the same stats. So you think I should do the 400 over the 350?? IDK 350 with my stats sounds like I'll end up a FULL C BABY D which is not what I want I want a FULL D!! ;-)

i still think you should get the 400. (just to be on the safe side) and i wouldnt worry bout the cup size either. if they r slightly bigger than you expected, you will get used to them very quickly AND avoid the dreaded booby greed. mine r bigger than i thought they would be, but i still wouldnt have minded if they were a bit bigger. lol. i originally only wanted a D cup. haha
i say go big or go home!!!
