Full b to a full d what cc size please help!!!

Hello ladies!! I m having my breast augmentation 12/1 & I'm so confused & undecided with my CC size. I'm 5'7 138 pounds 34 or 36 FULL B maybe baby C and I would like to go to a nice FULL D. I'm having smooth silicone moderate mentors unders through the armpit. I'm kinda saggy so I have good enough tissue. I'm going more for the "natural' look. Ok so my doc told me with 350cc's I can achieve this FULL D size. But here is the problem. Although I know everyone is different, I've read other posts & seen pictures & other girls with my similar stats have went between 400-450cc's. So I''m really confused!! So given the fact that many girls say there implants "goes down" and drops after time I dont want to have the boobie greed monster visit me lol. I was thinking 400cc's would do it for me. Another thing is since I mentioned I have 'good" breast tissue I do want my implants to fill out nicely. So ladies please help!! About how many cc's will I need to achieve my FULL D goal?? Will 400cc's be enough?? Or too big??

hmm well i have HPs and went from a C to a E/F with 400ish cc's, so 400 would probably get you to a D. have you tried on any sizers at the surgeons office? that will give you a pretty good idea on how they will look. mine ended up slightly smaller than how they looked with the sizers,and shirt on. so maybe u can ask ur ps if u can try some on.

heyyy you look gr8!! Yes i tried on the sizers 350-400 and honestly, they all looked the same to me lol. I'm so confused!! I don't wamt to go to small or too big. I heard with the unders they do go down in size. So do you think I should go with the 400cc's?? I want to achieve the FULL D look.

I had a small & empty B and 315cc gave me a mid-full D! I think with 400cc you'll def. be much more than just a D! Hth

wow u look really gr8 too! and natural! This is the look I want to achieve. So you think ill be way more than a full d with the 400cc's given my stats?? My doc said to do 350 so IDK im sooo confused and time is ticking lol! I just dont want to be too big or too small. Nah, the implants don't "go down in size"...lol..The only thing is that the swelling goes down after a couple of days/weeks. (..so at first they appear bigger than they actually are, ykwim?) We have similar stats (I'm even a bit taller/ heavier than you and have only 315cc) and you already have a full B which is a lot more than I had pre breast augmentation, so I'm pretty sure with 400 or even 450cc you'll be something in the DD-range. I'd trust your PS and go with the 350cc if you want a full D and nothing bigger, but if you wouldn't mind being a DD I'd go for the 400 or 450cc for preventing any boobie greed!

Why don't you just get 375? Or can you? I don't know much of anything but isn't there a middle between the two 350 and 400 cc's? If there is why not try that? That way if 350 was enough you won't be too over it or if 400 would have been that perfect FULL D then you will be a baby D you know? I so hope that makes sense... lol

lol! Yes I know you read my mind as I was typing lol. I think I might go with the 375. Its crazy because everybody is so different. But my doc did say 350 to achieve this FULL D look & when I told him 400 he was kinda looking @ me like I uhhh are you sure?? LoL! So I'll do the 375, I think lol. Thanks!

Yes I know 375 is like nothing lol. Sigh Gr8 now I'm confused all over again lol.

I've heard that 180cc's or 200's is equal to 1 cup size. If true, I'm supposed to go between 360-400 in order to achieve a FULL D result. Has anyone else heard this theory??

Some girls say 150cc is equal to one cup size, others say you need 250cc to go one cup size up. I was a very small B and now I'm a mid-full D (+2.5 cups), which means in my case ~126cc were one cup size, so......

I was an A/small B and got 285cc and am now a 34D, I would not say a FULL D as I don't think my cup runneth over but I do not fit into a 34C.
One thing I do want to point out and add to your confusion is...band size affects cup size. So as I said I am a 34D, if I were to wear a 36 band my cup size would be a C.
If I were to wear a 32 band (which I do if I can find them) I wear a 32DD.
So what I am getting at is yes, I got a D with 285...but that is a 34 band. If you are a 36 band you would need more CCs to get that D....I hope you understand what I am trying to get across to you.

I'm sorry, I know this doesn't help at all but it REALLY depends on your individual body.

I have similar stats as you (see siggy) and my PS put in 525 & 550cc to give me a DD cup... I was a deflated full B cup pre op. I made sure my PS was clear that I did NOT want to be bigger than a DD cup and he was sure that I won't be once they D&F.

IMO you have to make sure your PS knows exactly what you want and don't want. I had a bunch of pictures from a Playboy magazine that I took to my appointment to show my PS.

Hi! I did measure my rib cage and its a 34. But sometimes i can fit a 36 b or a c bra. Makes any sense lol?? I just really want to b a nice full d even after the swelling goes down. This is all so confusing. My doc told me 350 and even though I know its not much im debating wether 375 or just go with the 400. I'm so confused lol!! And time is ticking my breast augmentation is on 12/1 YIKES lol!!

Hi! Deflated B?? Wow that means you had gr8 tissue to work with and I can see why you went to 525 because you wanted to fill them out. You look gr8!! I'm so confused! Even though I know the difference is not much, I'm stuck between 375 or 400! Yikes!! lol

did your PS measure your BWD (breast width) yet? and do you know what profile and what fill you're wanting? which placement will you be getting? all these things will be factors taken in for your PS to best determine how many CC's you'll need to achieve the size you're looking for.

If a 36B fits and you are a 34 band, chances are you are a 34C. Maybe a small C which is why you can be a tweener. I got 450cc's, was a 36B and now I'm a 34DD/32DDD after all the swelling is gone. I think you should go with 400 vs 375. 25cc's is nothing.

P.S.: I have overs so that makes a tiny difference.
