32 >A or <B, getting 450-500 silicone gel overs, peri-areolar incision - anyone have?

Every time I try a search with my stats, I get either random results that are not helpful, or no results because I am including too many words in my search string, so I thought I'd start a thread to ask. I apologize in advance if this has been covered already!

Currently I'm a 32A/B, 4 years ago, (and most of my teenage - early 20's) I was a full C, sometimes a really small D. I've lost a bunch of weight, and kept it off consistently, exercise regularly, eat healthy, etc. So I have enough room in my skin for a larger size implant, and have discussed this with my surgeon, but I wanted to get a few personal experience stories, or recommendations from girls who have been through this, similar to my size, and see/hear how things turned out?

I'm about 5'7, 112 lbs, 32 Large A or Small B, and I'm looking to get between 450 or 500cc's silicone gel, peri-areolar incision, moderate - higher profile (my ribcage is too narrow to support a wider implant without a 'wrap around' effect), over the muscle. I've interviewed a few surgeons and have found the surgeon I am thrilled with - I guess I just want to hear if anyone else went from my size-shape to 450-500 overs, and how it turned out, how long it took to heal etc?

Have you tried any sizers on?

I tried on the sizers at my consult and I absolutely LOVED the 500cc sizers! I was so afraid that I was going to be too big... like a DDD-F cup! I wanted to be a DD cup post op and I made sure my PS knew that I didn't want to be any bigger. He was sure that I wouldn't be with my pre op size and he put 550cc in my left and 525cc in my right (he used the bigger size to make up for the cc's lost when going under the muscle). I made sure to show him a lot of pictures of what I liked AND didn't like.

I think as long as you are clear with your PS about what you want and you trust him to give you what you want, then you should be fine.

I started off about your size, but with much less tissue/skin, it sounds like, since I was always a 32A/B. I only got 400cc's, so it's probably not so helpful, but at least you'll know you'll end up bigger than me!

I tried on many sizers with the plastic surgeon, from 'normal' to 500cc (the biggest he'd go given my body, and what he thinks it could handle without damage or ending up all icky), and I *loved* the 500s - Ultimately I want a big DD, obviously augmented look without looking bolted-on. Thank you for both of your replies, ladies :-) I appreciate it. I think the best thing for me is to just talk to my surgeon some more, as after all, he is the expert that I am dealing with directly!

I'll keep everyone updated as things progress and I book a surgery date!

I started out a 34B and got 450 silicone overs (moderate + profile) with the areola incision. Feel free to look at my pics. They actually turned out to look pretty natural...but big...have a look at my album if you want!
