Going back for a 2nd surgery

Hi everyone! i just had a question about the amount of CC's i should consider.
I am 19 years old, about 5'5 and I weigh about 135.

I had my first operation june 8, 2009 and went from an A cup to a small C cup. I got high profile, saline implants. My surgeon only gave me 320 CCs which was really upsetting because I wanted bigger. He wasnt very thorough with the first surgery, so i was even contemplating whether i should go back to him, but money is an issue and i know he would probably try to work something out with me.

Now, I want to go to a large D, possibly 450-475 CC's. I just now went back to him today (6 months from my surgery) and he told me he would give me new bags for a great price. He told me he could give me 350 CC bags and overfill them to 450 cc's-maybe even 500.

The only problem is that im afraid of rippling, because many other people that I know that had a boob job got rippling and I definitely want to avoid that. This is my second surgery and I want this to be the last!

If anyone can give me advice, please do so!

you know what i think! you should get 350 o/f to 450 to hopefully avoid rippling. please girls help my sis out she needs it!!

I think your sister is right. Rippling is always a possible problem no matter what the size of the implant. If the implants are overfilled that should help lower the risk of rippling and give you the size you are looking for. HTH

I have 475cc and am a DD with absolutely no rippling in sight. I'm not tiny like you though so don't know if that's why. I do plan to loose about 15-30lbs at most and hope I still don't get ripples! My redo is for 925cc next mo. which I feel my frame can handle easily. I think rippling is just something you will discover once the surgery is done. Some get it and some don't. There's ways to try to prevent it by overfilling or staying within your bwd measurements, but I don't think there's any way to guarantee you won't ripple. Ask you ps about this and tell him this is a major concern of yours.

being so tiny I would worry about rippling going that much bigger with the saline... I am posting my current pics today at lunch I was flat before all this I love my PS he wouldn't let me use saline because he flat out said I am too small they will ripple espically when I bend over so he had me go with silicone and I love them he also had me use HP because of my tiny frame I did 425 and am only a 34C I know I have to drop and fluff but I don't think they will make D's lets put it this way if for any reason I have to have them re done I know I want at least 500 mine are hardly noticable in clothes and once again I am tiny tall but tiny...
If it was me I would pay a little more and talk about HP silicone that is very common for us smaller girls espically when wanting to go much larger!
He refused to put more than 425 in me and he "is very proud of himself for packing all of that into me" LOL yes that is what he said.
Hopefully when they drop and fluff they will get a little bigger but honestly if you are naything like me they won't give you the look you want I look like a small B in clothes great naked though im putting up pics at 2 today feel free to take a look good luck im sending you FR

i think that once another month go by and you finish dropping and fluffing you with def be a small D!!
