Weird look laying down :(

Does anyone else's implants fall into their armpits while laying on their back. Mine do and, for what I paid for them, it's not a pretty site.

Just wondering if this happens to everyone or if not, if there is something that a PS can do to fix that. Does that mean my pocket is too big b/c if so, I'll gladly accept a larger implant.

yes! that happens to me too! but only on my left side.

I put up a post asking about pecs muscles in case building up my pecs may improve it at all. If not I wonder what can be done?

Ive heard building up your pec muscles actually pushes your implants into your armpitys further as the muscles get bigger and put more outward dpressure on the implants. Ive read this on other forums from body builders ect. I think you got to do a fair bit for that though. Id say your pocked was too dicesected at the sides. from what i can read/see most peoples have a bit of fall but not in armpits type of deal.
Maybe ask your surgeon next time about the pocket and your concerns. Most I'd say wont be quick to admit they may have overdicected a pocket.

I was told by my ps its normal to a certain extent if you had very little breast tissue starting out since breasts naturally fall to the sides anyway but I am getting a pocket revision of my left since it was too low and falling into my armpit too much. My right goes over too but he said its normal HTH a little.

your chance for breasts falling to the sides are bigger if ...
a) you have under muscle placement (as cuddlybear mentioned)
b) you have lots of volume
c) if you have a decent side boob - as part of the the implant is over the edge of your body already and will pull the rest down with it
d) you have a curved chestwall
e) the pocket is too big and to much to the side to begin with
f) you have a high profile implant - same principle as with cars, a van falls easier to the side as a sportscar (low profile implant) :-) okay, i am not sure i explained this one well.

hmm, unfortunately not much you can do about most of the points, unless it bothers you so much to consider a redo.

But I would definitely talk to your PS and tell him it bothers you.

Mine don't fall into my armpits but they do flatten out some and go out to the sides. Maybe see if your p/s thinks your pockets are too large. GL hun!

happens to me too but only on one side, when i had my overs i didnt have this problem but with my unders i do. i dont let it get to me cause id rather have it do that than get another CC or something lol

yes i have the same problem in my right boob and i really dont like it but then i look at them in the mirror while standing up and im all smiles again. compared to how they looked before and how down i felt about it, i would gladly live with how they look now

i'm glad you posted this because the same thing happens to me with both of my boobs. i had quite a big gap between them before my breast augmentation and it's probably because of that, when i lie on my back it's the original gap size. if it isn't anything unhealthy, i wouldn't worry too much, at least you have bigger boobies
