For those who have already had their ba submuscular implant, I am wondering if there is much of a difference between the way they looked when they tried a sizer vs. the actual results.

I keep hearing that submuscular means you lose 15% of the sizer....is that the case? Or if I am happy with the way the sizer looks, does that mean that is the way it is actually going to look when implanted?

Actually, if you take the sizers and put them right under your chin, that's how they'll look. Just kidding. I only had my unders done 24 days ago and they are still swollen and high according to my PS. However, at this moment in time they are pretty true to size. My PS says they will get smaller over the next 7 weeks, so in that case I think 15% smaller is a good estimation. My friend had her unders 9 years ago and she says you definitely lose some size when you under the muscle. Hope this helps.

initially i looked smaller than the sizers but now that my muscles are relaxing and i am fluffing out, i'm gaining the size back!!!

I am only partial muscle, and IMO no way the sizers LOOK way bigger. They are much smaller in.

i ps tolod me that with unders you lose about 10% so to pick the size i really liked and then go a bit bigger. i really liked the way 330's looked on me so i got the 360's and im happy. at first i thought they were huge after the surgery...but after the swelling/dropping/fluffing was done i was at the size i orginally wanted....
