Surgery is TODAY and still dont know what size!!!!!!

RIght now I am thinking 325cc mod+ silicone. My doctor is very conservative and since I am already a B cup he doesn't think I will need a ton of cc's since I already have a good amount of tissue. My stats are posted below. I don't know if I should go with the high profiles or stick with the mod+. I don't want the super fake look and definitely want a full B cup. What do you all think?

I don't know if this can help, but I was wearin 34b before breast augmentation (wrong band size) and I get 375hp and that give me a d in 34 band and dd in 32.

Ok. 1st , How many cc's does the Doc think will get you to your desired cup size. Let me know. Also, it kinda sounds like you want a little bit bigger than a D. What do you really want? I'm starting out with a 36AAAAA-nothing and to be a full D/DD I had to go with 450cc's HP saline unders. But I wanted to be MORE safe than sorry so I called and switched to 500cc's. I'm sorry but honestly it is what you want. Yes the Doc gives his opinion and all that but WHAT do you want??? I went with the HP b/c I have a narrow chest( PS suggested). I like the fake look. Ok, maybe not the deer in headlights look but coming from NO __ boobs to (. V. ) can only make me to steer towards BIGGER. Put everyone's opinion out of your head for 5 minutes and ask YOURSELF what you want. I had a rough estimate which was 450 but now 500. You'll know.

I also have to decide between mod+ and hp, but the cc are different-300 and 375 ( both have the same diameter).
My PS is also conservative. Do you want more projection, if so go with the hp.

I was orginally scheduled for the midrange implants, but I told my doctor that I want my boobies to be full. That's when he said than we should do the high profile, because it will give you more projection and the look of more fullnest. So, you should probably speak with your doctor, but also remember our doctors are professionals. They have been doing this for years and so I would also trust your doctor. But good luck!

I think the 325cc mod's will look really good, your PS should have different sizes to pick from in surgery so as long as you and your PS are on the same page of size then he should be able to put in the implant that he thinks you will love. As for HP and Moderate, I love my mod's they are more rounder but I know the HP can look more fuller from the side of course. If I were you I would do the mod's, for a nice natural look. But, I would listen to what your PS is suggesting, if he says mod's then do them, he should know best, he has done many. My PS said mod's would work best and I didn't even ask about HP because I thought hmm he has seen my body, is a PS, he has done thousands of breast augmentation's yeah I think I will do what he thinks will work best for me, and it worked great. I went from 34AAA nothing 275cc's mod's and I wear a C...but everyone's different. Trust your PS, take a deep breath and you will do awesome!!!! Good luck to you, keep us updated!!! Take care.

If you want the super fake look, you should go with HP thats what I have and I was a full 34b before breast augmentation...you should go at least 400 cc's especially if you going under the muscle, because going under you will loose 50cc's I have 600cc's and im barley a 34d cup so i will be getting a redo to go bigger becuase my first surgeon was so conservative...and its not about your surgeon or his opinions on being conservative, you have to live with them, and your paying for him to do the job right.... so get exactly what you want....good luck!

I think that you should go with the mod+ because you don't want the fake look and mod+'s still look pretty natural but give you a bit of upper pole fullness. As far as size, I think you'll be good with 325CC's.. But then again everyone wishes they went a little bigger.. So if you decide mod+ then maybe you should go a tad bit bigger to 350CC's because you lose 25CC's behind the muscle. Good luck
