Very petite...Nervous I'll go too big

Hello..I'm hoping that someone out there can help me on this one. I;m VERY petite 5'4, 95 lbs and wear a 32A (barely). I'm also very lean, don't have hips, yadda..yadda..yadda.. Pretty much a petite boyish figure (think 12 year old boy..j/k)

Anyway, I'm having surgery next week, March 30th and feeling nervous about size decison. My goal is to be VERY VERY natural infact I don't even want my Mom to notice. I simply want to fill out clothes better and balance out my figure a bit. I'd like to look a bit more womanly rather than a little kid (i'm 26). BUT, I still like the flatter look, it suits my personality better. I'm a hippie at heart, and enjoy art, photography, surfing, snowboarding...big booobies just isn't "me". I just want a handful. I;m getting married in July so I'm also concerned that maybe I'm doing this too close to the wedding and my boobs won't fit into my dress.

So my goal is to be a 32B at the most a fullB. My surgeon has recommended 265cc Silicone Unders (Inamed style #15, smooth shell and midrange projection). I've only been researching for a week or so and now I''m feaked out b/c it seems like everyone turns out to be a C or D.

What do you guys think? Is it possible? What would you recommend if my goal is NATURAL, 32B? If anyone has pictures they would share too I'd really appreciate it. I'd love to see what fake B's look like on someone my size, in shirts and all. I'm so nervous it will be noticeble (only my fiance and trainer know about the surgery). Hope to hear from you soon! Under search, type in "club" and you'll find it quickly- there are lots of posts there about smaller sizes. I wnated to "go natural" too- HAHA! I'm 5'9 tho and have 275cc overs (equivalent to 310 unders) and i went from no bra size to 32C. And i have been having a breakdown about feeling too big! But now im on board and i like it! oh yeah- this is another site where there is a whole section on A to B to C etc. its really great, with pics.

i'm not sure if you'll end up with a B or C.
I'm really a full C- maybe because my ribcage is small. I guess if I wanted to really avoid a C id go with 200cc.

You are super tiny and they say 150 ccs gives a one-cup change. But then again, the PS knows best. My advice- tell him you will cry if you end up a C-cup! I think they like to figure-in for boobie greed and push the envelope a little on size. Generally they have much much higher revision rates for women who decide that they didnt go big enough and i think they make an "educated decision" on the operating table to try to avoid that.
After my breast augmentation I was really pissed because 275cc was more than I thought i had agreed on. My ps made an artistic decision though and he was correct. (Maybe- i'm not upset about it today!) I am thin but have a lot of hip curve.

I am also very petite, 4'11 110ish but I do have a few curves. FYI 1st surgey was 375/400 cc;s I eneded up being a Full C, I just revised my implants to silicone memory gel 550cc's I am going to end up being a DD or larger most likely. just to give you an idea.

I'm pretty small myself (5'2" 95lbs), but I did want "big ones". anyway, do keep in mind that implanted breasts tend to "look" smaller than real ones (especially in clothes). For example, someone with implants might wear a D cup but look like a C cup...make sense?

I wear a 34 band, so I'm not as small as you, but 300cc's got me to a 34B cup, which would be a 32C. They are much smaller than I ever imagined, and even on my muscular frame, they look natural. If you truly want to be a 32B though, then I agree that 200-225 will do the trick. Make sure you do the rice test and it's really the look you want though.

I'm nervous about this too.

I'm currently a 34 A or AA. Like seriously nearly nothing. I would like to be a full 34C for sure and would be ok with a D. But I really don't want to be any bigger than that. Mostly, because I want to be able to buy bra's at Victoria's Secret and normal places at the mall and not have to special order them. Also, I think, for me, anything more than that might look to large on my frame ( 5'2" 125 lbs). I know some of the girls here, by looking at siggies, are my size (height/ weight) and have gone bigger. But for me I'm just not comfortable with that. Not now anyways.

I'm hoping to some how figure out that magic number that will get me where I want to be. I hope that after my consult, I'll have a better idea of how things will turn out.

ok, my weight varies from 98lbs to 106lbs, im 5ft 3 and a size 8. pre breast augmentation i was a small 30-32A, i wanted to be a full C, my surgeon would only give me 230cc overs cos im a small build and wanted a natural look still, but he said these would get me to a 32C (i was so worried they wouldnt get that big) well, i am now a 30DD and sometimes a 30E, they dont look as big as they sound. but just be careful if you dont want to go past a B cup, cos like i said i went up about 4 sizes with only 230cc, i dont know how, but im happy x hope you do get what you want and love yours as much as i do mine x

Just goes to show there's absolutely no rule of thumb what cc will take you to what cup is there ? its only a guideline...290s took me 3 1/2 cup sizes, and i also dont know how !!

but remember--> the cups on a 30 band or even 32 band bra are much smaller than the cups on the same cup sized bra in a different band size (34 or 36) so while a 30DD sounds huge, its actually got a smaller cup than a DD in another band size...

for example, the cup on a 38 B is said to be equivalent to the cup on a 34 D...food for thought.

yes but its the cup size increase that i was getting at, she is the same size that i was pre breast augmentation and even if i wear a 32 band size im still a D or DD

and also a 38B will look much smaller compared to the girls build than a 34D does on that persons build, its all about breast size in comparison to the rib cage

also another thing you have to remember is fake boobs tend not to look as big as real ones of the same size do, and also you get used to the size increase really quickly. i have to look at my pre breast augmentation photos to remind myself that yes i am LOADS bigger than i was lol

Yes that's true, the larger the band size the smaller the breasts look in comparison which is why the same volume as 32C will be 34B as the band size increases. Also the body frame has a huge effect on how the breasts look, my 34DD would look a lot bigger on a 5'2" 100lbs petite girl than it does on my 5'6" 145lbs wide-hipped frame!

Also on smaller breasts implants tend to look larger than real ones whilst on larger breasts the opposite is true. That's because real breast tissue spreads out whilst the implant is a compact ball. So implanted C-cup breasts will look larger naked than natural C-cups because the C-cup tissue is likely to be spread out from armpit to cleavage and just exist there whilst with an implant it'll keep together and give a rounder bigger look to the breast. Whilst when natural large breasts spread out (sag, some might say) it'll of course cover a larger area and appear larger than an implant which will maintain its form.

but with training for bodybuilding can get down to 47/49kgs

Boyfriend says i got 270 (I thought mayb 290?)
but I left it up to my Doc.
Here in Aus they seem a little more conservative...that may not be true but from those Ive seen.
He did a lot of measurements and went for a natural symetrical look.
At first I was disappointed ...my size C bra I was told to buy was too big.
I returned it for a B
But I have lots of C's now and the original B is still good
Now I'm happy with my size...if I want a bit more ooomf for a special dress I have a lovely pushup padded bra
...I dont think you are going too big...but Im not a surgeon!
Get a 2nd or 3rd opinion....
make sure ...it's not like a dress you can return for another size...after all the tags will b off?! hehe
