Hello all - I have my BA scheduled for May 31st and wanted to get your estimates on my final size. I didn't tell my PS what size I wanted but showed him pics and he correctly figured out that I was looking for a C/D. My stats are listed in my signature - I also have a 28.5 inch ribcage.

I’ll be getting anatomical cohesive silicone gels (Inamed 410) extra full profile, 325 ccs, partial sub-muscular placement.

I hope this isn't a stupid question but do I have to wait as long for silicone implants to drop and fluff as the saline ones, before I get to my final size?

I don't think there is any difference in the time it takes silicone to drop as saline. I have had both and they both took about 2-3 months. As far as size goes, you will probably end up a Full C cup or a D cup. You will be happy with that size. Good Luck.

Why are you getting anatomicals?

Just guessing, but definitely full C maybe small D. It's so hard to tell. Some girls achieve a D easier than others. I have 505cc and am just barely a D right now. I have full unders though. My sister in law had 400cc overs and is a DD. So being your smaller in anatomy, I would definitely guess a full C. Best of Luck!!!

I'm pretty close to your stats except for a few inches, and I was *supposed* to get that exact same implant (I changed my PS last minute because that implant style wasn't really what I was looking for) but I think you'll be a C or maybe small D. He told me not to count on the D though, so full C at least. I was told that anatomicals don't really drop as much as rounds, because the anatomicals have to be placed more percisely in the pocket... I guess it makes sense considering they're a totally different size. They will probably fluff though

My PS suggested the anatomicals because of the shape I was looking for - I want to have lots of fullness but more along the lines of lower fullness - like a gradual slope (does that make sense?) Thus his recommendation to go extra full profile.

Not sure about the "drop" question. But I'm guessing, based on the implant size, you will end up a Full C.

I'd say at least a full C or maybe a D. I'm a bit taller than you and got 286cc's and I actually have to buy 32D bras. I can't believe the C's don't fit.

Hello.. I had my ba on April 12, 2007.. I am 5 ft nothing, 105 lbs, 28 inch rib cage.. I went with the inamed, smooth round silicone, 371cc, under the muscle.. Im at the two week mark today and have watched my breasts change from huge, high, swollen, torpedo size full D's to softer, relaxed, still slightly swollen full C small D.
My ps recommended 339cc but everyone I talked to said go bigger. My ps ordered both sizes and I did not know what I was getting until after the surgery. My ps said he would not use a size that would not fit my body size, type etc and I trust him... He also said, when in doubt fill em out.. and he did.. theyre getting more and more round and natural looking.

I still think theyre too big for me but I can still hide them under certain shirts and show them off in others.. Its very cool to have breasts.. good luck. Keep me posted..

If I compare you to me I dont think you will get a D. I'm a small D and I got 390's. I would guess a Full C. If you want to get a D (because they're really not as big as they sound) I would say somewhere at 400cc or more.
