CC aftet 6 years and wondering when should I re-do

Hi all,
I got my breasts done 7 years ago and got a CC in my right one last year. (5.6'', 140lb, 300CC saline, under the muscle, armpit.)
I consulted many surgeons including the original one. Some of them prescribed medicines such as Accolate but none of them recommended a redo. They basically seemed to think that I could have CC again, so I would better off just letting it go. My CC does not distort the shape so no one could recognize it from looking at it. It just feels very hard like a rock, and it hurts sometimes. I originally had it through armpits but docs said this time it must be through nipples.
So I was discouraged from a redo and have spent 1.5 years doing nothing since. Maybe because I haven't been able to find a doc I can trust. (I still haven't decided which surgeon I should use.) The CC'd boob has this little bubbles like lumps and it just horrifies me, too. I got MRI last year just in case and they were not lumps but parts of the implant. But it still horrifies me that I won't be able to detect lumps in the future if I'm like this all the time. It bothers me everyday and I still think that I should get a new one someday. Now the question is when. I plan on having a baby in a year or two and I'm afraid what would it done to my boob. Would the CC'd boob hurt when I'm pregnent and nursing? If I re-do it before pregnancy, would my boobs be changed after all and I should have re-do it again? Would I be able to breastfeed if I re-do it through arerola?
What you guys would do? Would you wait 2-3 years for a redo despite the pain and all? Or would you get it over with now risking breastfeeding and changes after-pregnance such as sagging?

Thanks in advance for your opinion.
Jess

I am sorry you are dealing with this. If you are in pain why would the PSs say don't bother fixing it? If it were me I would get it fixed now b/c a few years is a long time to be in pain. I can see your dilemma though with the pregnancy/breastfeeding. A lot of people come through pregnancy looking great with implants. I don't know anything about if multiple BAs affects breastfeeding issues any differently than just single (lots on this board have reported BF just fine after BA- or have known others who have). I hope you can get some good input here.

Thanks For Your Post

Thanks a lot!!!! it's nice to hear from somebody.
I got the impression from visiting doctors that (1) they didn't like to touch another PS's work, (2) they wanted to let me know that it could get worse by redo (3) redo is not an easy job for them, and (4) the possible effect on breastfeeding would be larger from a redo surgery than from the first one.
I guess I'm really scared of the possibility of 3rd surgery either because the re-do would go wrong or my breast would change after nursing. Well I should say after this complication, I've lost some of my courage on the surgery. Before the first job, I just thought that, yeah yeah people say complication can happen but not to me!
I do feel that I need at least one redo and now it's just a matter of when. I hope that I could hear from someone who got through pregnancy with CC, or who got redo done right before pregancy.

Maybe you should try naming a thread "pregnancy and CC" or "Breastfeeding after redo" to get more attention from those who have been through this? I hope you can get some good info. Seems if/when you get redo you will prob need even more consults to find someone who is very experienced with redos.
