wrong implant, bottoming out, and hematoma...what's next?

So he said that maybe he doesn't need to do anything about the hematoma because it looked a hell of a lot better today...As for the bottoming out he has me wrapped in a bottom and top strap with that gauze looking roll thing between the boobs (had a little bit of tenting or maybe swelling) and under the righty so that it can try to go back up...And as for the surgeryre-do, he said let's talk about it on Tursday...He said after looking at me today there is no rush to go back in (hematoma looking better), instead he would like to wait until my skin stretches a bit....risks for complications are a lot lower and the bigger implant is kinda iffy at this point (he said my skin is really tight right now, he doesn't know if it would fit safely in there at this point)....and he said the most important thing is my safety...and next is my happiness....he said we will get there but it will take time and that made sense to me...So I go on Thursday to talk with him on the re-do.....Do you guys have any advice for me? What should I ask him?
Oh BTW, I am having some MAJOR boobie greed right now...You think I should change my profile (got mods now)? I do want some side boobage, def cleavage, and projection...I guess I want it all...LOL!!!

^ I understand boobie greed but honestly I wouldn't push for much bigger. You are SO petite and those are big implants, especially on your frame. The bigger you go, the more risk involved. (bottoming out often happens when you just can't support a large implant) They will get bigger when you drop and fluff anyway. I'd leave it alone, especially considering you've already got problems.

JMO though.

I just hope you can get it all sorted out without too much trouble.

That's great news about the hematoma!!

Is there something about the mods that you don't like right now? Too much side boob? Not enough projection? You have pretty good sized implants and you're awfully tiny!! I'm a bit bigger than you with much smaller mods and my new side boob (which I love now) had me in so much pain early on it was just terrible.

Maybe a mod+ adjustment could give you less side boob with a bit more projection and yet not put anymore stress on your skin? A questions for your ps, no doubt.

I kinda want it all...side boob, cleavage, and fullness...I want to be a full C or baby D's...I'm pretty short but I am not small framed...I was thinking of going to the mod+'s (it'll cost me another $800), getting maybe between 525- 600? Not now...later, of course... I know that sounds big but honestly I don't think the ones I got now are what I want...I know I'm only 10 days out but I think they're only going to be real small c's...What do you guys think? started with a 32 aa....

I would think you'd end up at least a D too. At 19 days out, I am easily filling up C cups and I only got 225/250cc's starting with a barely A cup. You just might be suprised when all is said and done (or dropped and fluffed).

Hmmm....I have 420 mods saline unders, and my PS said i would never be
a D, but only a full c. I have out grown the C i am a 34 dd or a 36 d.. You are shorter than me, and have a smaller ribcage....I think you are going to drop and fluff nicely with those implants. Your gonna be a big hot mama!

If I were you, I would not go any bigger. I would wait it out and give your body time to heal, skin and muscles to stretch, ad make sure your complication free. By all means fix the Bottoming out, but if you go bigger, you risking complications, and if you are tenting now, bigger implants may worsen the tenting, and you don't want to risk symmastia, especially after all you have been through already. I think I may have gone to big to fast, and I think that I may be on the verge of symmastia.

Thats just my opinion, my experiences. Don't have to take my advice. And i will support you in al the desisions you make. Good luck.

Since, I wrote this I am doing a lot better the hematoma has gone away and my new booobies are really starting to even out, still got a little bit of tenting but might be swelling, I'm still pretty swollen overall still....my redo will be done later after all the healing...I got mods and even if i am swollen I still feel like I don't have enough projection so for my redo I would like to get them mentor mod+'s...Do you think that'll be better as far as the tenting and symmastia complications?...Right now I don't even think I'll fill the c cup so when I get my redo I was thinking about the 550-600 range mod+'s...but we'll seee...I may end up loving these...BTW, I'm sorry to hear about your symmastia...Did your doctor confirm it? Keep us up to date on your situation....

Not sure how to say this. I wrote and re-wrote a reply here. I just can't quite grasp having these complications (which may be caused by having rather large implants placed on a tiny frame) and wanting to go even larger. (I'm shocked they went as large as they did on you, truth be told) It's just a risky thing to do. Of course, the bottoming out needs repair, but pushing it with even more size seems a bit scary.
Just give it some time. I bet once these muscles loosen up you gain 1-2 cup sizes.
I mean this with the best of intentions. Just hoping you consider some of these things and have a bit more patience with regard to how long muscles take to loosen up and show you results. They're your breasts and your happiness with them is what's important. Just felt I had to say this.

Thank you so much for the concern, Blue....I am definitely going to wait till I heal to think about it more...Right now I just feel dissapointed because I thought they would be bigger... I know I have to be patient for the d&f so I will def do that first...And you're right about everything you said with going bigger with the added complications that I may have...At this point I am healing better...my boobies have more or less evened out and seems to be getting better everyday....I am just sooooooo uncomfortable right now because he has me in two straps on top and bottom with rolled up gauze between them cause I started getting some tenting(I hope it's just swollen)...IF i were to do my redo I would go with the mod+'s maybe 550-600 cc's but I'll think about that when the time comes IF it does....MY DH said they're really big but I just don't feel like they are....I am a little over two weeks out right now and don't really know if I am still swollen...what do you think? All the bruising is gone but they still look kinda freaky...I can't wait til they are nice and pretty....thank you and I will definitely take everything you said to heart...

Sorry to hear that you had to go thru all this. The tenting hopefully is only swelling for now. I know some of my swelling lasted for almost a month. In you avatar you seem pretty early pre-op and your breasts will have a lot of changes in the next couple months. The will look beautiful and bigger than what they are now. Believe me my first couple weeks I thought "Really!? Is this it!?" They change so much!

I think the best thing right now is to worry about getting them right and doing what is best for you. It's good to have a good PS. The best way to go is with what your PS recommends as far as changing implants. You don't want to have to go thru more complications if you don't have to! Good luck and keep us updated!

My avatar pic is I think 2 days post op...I hope the tenting is just swelling too...My cleavage is also crooked but hopefully that's just swelling too...Does everyone get bigger once they d&f? Just wondering...right now I think I am measuring a regular c cup so idk they look small yet...
