HELP! How do I know if im bottoming out?
My left breast is dropping faster than my right but what I have noticed is my left breast is about a quarter of an inch lower on the top and the crease is about a quarter of an in lower than the right breast. Is this just due to the fact it is dropping faster or am I bottoming out? My nipple is a little higher on the left but then again my right breast is still pretty swollen and hasnt dropped as much. How can I tell?
The side im worried about when I sit down the implant is almost on my top rib but I do have a small torso. That side looks great and normal by itself but by the other it looks very different. I went to the PS today for my 3 week post op and she never said anything about it, she just said they looked great and my right one still needed to drop more. I wish I had thought to say something, I really didnt notice it that much until after my visit because they took the taps off. Im going to post a link to a pic. Let me know what you think. In the picture my right one looks lower or at the same height but when I feel the creases they are about a quarter of an inch different also my right one is higher. Im assuming thats why my nipples are off because one has dropped more than the other? Also my left one (the one im worried about) feels a LOT softer and real where as my right one is very hard. I dont really know why the right one is bigger either because it was smaller to start out with and they have the same cc's in each side so I thought it would come out still slightly smaller... still swollen? http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/l...7/IMG00037.jpg |

let me know what happens. There is also pics at the front of JBI on bottoming out, in the photo gallery.. and as far as I can tell, your pic does not look like that pic??

If your PS didn't see a problem, then I don't think you should worry. It seems like it's just settling in and dropping into place before the other one. One of mine was kind of like that too, and they straightened themselves out in time. Are you allowed to wear bras? If you're worried, maybe you can wear a really secure one to hold them in place 24/7 to get the muscles stronger.

These look fine to me to.. and I agree your PS would have noticed something even w/out you asking if it were bottom out. It is common to be uneven - where one side is dropping faster than the other. Down the road, it may get even more noticeable - but eventually it will even out - go check out my pics to see what I mean ... left side is down right side is higher... hth!
Don't worry!!

I have bottoming out but for some reason I can't put my finger on it with yours. When I first looked I thought you were but I can't tell. I imagine lifting up your left a bit but the position doesn't look like it would help with the nipples. But the placement doesn't look wrong. Do you have a better picture where the camera is aligned/parallel to you body with your arms perfectly straight down so I can look again? My nipples were uneven during recovery and still is so im seeing my ps tomorrow for that and rippling. Anyways I really want to say that they are fine and can't determine until swelling goes down. But I also agree that you should keep on the garment for a while to help hold them in place if they are bottoming.....let me know..=)
