Thong Bra Ladies...question for you

How tight are you suppose to wear the thong bra? It's pretty uncomforable, is that normal? I'm worried I might be wearing it too tight because I want to skin to be all the way down. What experience do you guys have with this?
Also what is the easiest clothes to wear with this thing, kinda cuts a lot of outfits out.

I got the wrong size unfortunately. Im 29RC and got a 34 size thinking its the same size method as bras. So mine is loose. Still works but I have to wear my garment with it too. Did you get too small?

It feels pretty uncomfortable at first but as you get use to it
you won't even know it's there.
When I had to wear the thong bra last year during the summer
I was pretty much stuck wearing nothing but t-shirts and button
down shirts so that it wouldn't show through.

Well the one I got is adjustable. But I'm thinking I'm probably just not use to it. I try to put it on tight so I feel like it's actually doing something.
The sad part is I don't even know if it is doing anything. I understand after a surgery, but it sucks not knowing.

Has your ps recommended wearing the thong bra?

No my PS didn't. I just decided that I should try it....from all the girls on here doing it. I had asked him when I went in (before I even knew what a thong bra was), if it would help to have something between my breasts. And he said it may. I don't even think he knows what a thong bra is. I really don't think it will help but since I have to wait a few more months to get my redo I thought I'd try.

Hello darling! Here's a little bit about my "Thong Bra" experience: I had my surgery on May 13 (500cc L/R Silicone, unders). The first week after surgery I was in the strap, the second week my PS gave me a thong bra to wear 24/7 due to swelling between my implants in my cleavage area. So, after wearing it for 6 weeks I was given the okay to stop wearing it. Woo hoo! Well, seems like the swelling has come back - it's just not "flat" between my implants- the skin sort of arches and I can't get cleavage in any kind of bra I try on. GRRRR!!!! I went to see my PS one week ago, and she put me back in the Thong Bra & said to wear it for another 4 weeks 24/7, and if that area doesn't flatten out any she's going to go in through in BA incision and place permanent sutures to hold that skin down. It's not an authentic, brand name Thong Bra- it's called a Post-Op Breast Separator (a knock off version of the thong bra). It has a velcro piece in the back & I try to pull it as tight as I can get it. After a while it just becomes numb & seems to not be as uncomfortable, LOL! My PS has never used the words "tenting" or "symmastia", but I'm freaked out that that's what she thinks it may be. She said if it doesn't seem corrected after my 4 weeks of wearing this torture device, she will fix at no charge. So......... I haven't been able to enjoy my new additions too much this summer. I actually got used to wearing the bra, and it feels good to have the support in that area. Sleeping in it was hell at first, but now I would have a hard time not sleeping without it. I can say the area does seem to be about 50% better, and hopefully it's just still swelling from my BA. Who know?!? I'm trying not to freak about it too much, but it's so hard not to think about it all the time. The only shirts I can wear besides baggy T-shirts are these cute little ones I picked up at Old Navy- got a green, Navy & gray one so the white straps of my bra don't show through.
