Got a Response to the LETTER I WROTE...

**Sorry JBI staff, I finally figured out why my thread kept getting deleted. I figured out what I had to change**

Okay so after the letter i wrote to them. The manager called me yesterday. (Keep in
mind, its the same girl that has always been eager to talk to me and so
nice to me) and told me that there is nothing else they could do about the
price. So i was like "fine.." i can deal with that. Then she goes on
and starts to tell me that she looked at my pictures and don't see
ANYTHING wrong with me. Not even the uneven nipples. I WAS SO FURIOUS.. that i
began to cry and yell at her. I told her that personally you never saw
my boobs in person and only by pictures that the dr. took. I told her
that i've taken a million pictures that doesn't show anything but have
friends/bf/family IN PERSON say that they see it. And i told her if you
clearly look at the picture that i sent to the dr. that I took you will
see. And she said that she did look. So i said did you see the 2 inch
ripple in there? Do you know how big 2 inches is? Am i imagining?? And
she pauses and say "well you know Amy here has ripples and I have
ripples too"... OMG my freakin blood was boiling. I yelled "if you
guys wanna charge me then fine i'll pay but don't tell me there is
nothing wrong with me and that I would really pay all this money just for
fun".. and then she starts to tell me that she is sorry that i'm upset.
And that she says she sorry that i feel the way i do and they will give
me a redo"...

I'M F* PISSED. Its one thing that they want to charge me,fine.... i
will deal with that but to patronize me by saying she doesn't see
anything wrong with me and then later says WE ALL HERE HAVE RIPPLES
(referring to herself and coworker there that both have BA). I want to
drive down to that office and beat the f* outta her. I feel belittled
of my flaws and she have the nerve to downplay my feelings and say WE
ALL HERE HAVE RIPPLES.. Do i not have the right to address my flaws?

I am trying to deal with all of this right now. It is a lot to take in.
I don't want to go to another doctor because i've gotten quotes already
and they will charge me 7500-9000k just to switch to silicone. I don't
think that my PS did a horrible job since i had problems already but to
belittle my issues and make me feel like they don't exist when he
already saw them and said "thats just the way you healed". If he and
his office truly believe there was nothing wrong then why didn't he say
"please show what you are talking about" or "let me measure you to show
you you are mistaken" but instead acknowledges all the issues and said
"thats the way you healed"... WTF

I don't know what to do right now and i finally decided to post the
picture so you guys can see what i wake up to every morning (no fail)..

I am here to vent so please don't patronize me ladies and say its not
bad because its ugly to me and always will be until i try silicone. If
then, that doesn't help then i will accept my body.

Oh sweetie, first of all hugs......It seems like she was trying to justify his work on u by saying we all have ripples.....I understand they could happen to any1, but for her to sit there and tell you "ohh I don't see anything wrong" is b.s....Right now I'm dealing w/ these stretch marks and I hate when I get the "omg, Andrea" reaction when I show them ..It hurts my feelings..Maybe she was trying to make you feel better, but that's not her job to, she is not your friend, she is the p.s. office manager..She should know better....I am hoping for the best for you..hugs

I'm so sorry that they were rude to you. That is uncalled for ... a BA is a very emotional thing.

I'm also thinking of going from saline to silicone. Are you going because of the ripples or other reasons?

you are going through this. First of all, you were talking to the Manager, not the doctor, so tell her to stick her opinion. She knows jack squat about YOUR boobs considering she has never seen or touched them. As far as her saying that everyone has ripples, ask her did the same doctor that did your boobs do hers, too???? Maybe then you could file a group complaint because, NO not everyone gets ripples. Tell her to do her job and let the ps do his. She is not qualified to voice her ignorant opionion.

Sorry for the rant. She ticked me off.

Hey Lovely...this must be
hitting you hard in the
stress department...and
dealing with staff that don't
understand that not everyone
will accept a problem such as
ripples...they should be happy
to help...after all...they are there
to fix boobs to the satisfaction
of the client...of course 100%
satisfaction can't always be attained
...but at least we can try all avenues
to get the best boobs we can possibly
get in our eyes...sometimes it
can't happen but we can at least try...

Hey lovely, I'm sorry for all this is happening to you. i hope you get your re-do soon and you feel great about yourself. They were very rude in that office and i understand you must be feeling very dissapointed and upset, but i assure you everything will be great in no time. If you don't like your results you don't have to stick up to them, even if the doctor and everyone in that office says there's nothing wrong. You keep it up until you feel everything is perfect. Hey hon! I'm so sorry this is happening to you. Something is definitely wrong with the office manager's eyes, your ripples can clearly be seen from the pic. I'm still searching for a ps that would understand where we are coming from, I'm having a consultation with a female ps in sept, will let you know how it turns out.

i feel the same way as you right now. my ps admitted fault and is still charging me fees. not his fee but everything else. weigh the price differences, maybe it's best to go somewhere else to have it fixed.

Well I have ripples and uneven nipples.

But my right boob has ripples. The problem I believe is that he made my right pockets slightly wider than the left which is why I think I have rippling. I can't help but think that that contribute to some the rippling since both implant is different in diameter and projection. My left has more projection and is less in diameter versus my right which is wider and less projection. When I lay down my right falls to the side and my left points straight. I really do believe that the difference does matter because when I take a finger and push it in where the cleavage to make the implant the same size as the left the implant doesn't fall so much to the right since it is not so loose. My ps had to open my pocket to fit the implants since my anatomy pre op would not be suitable for wider implants. Just my opinion but it doesn't matter since I will just pay.

The pockets may or may not have anything to do with the rippling you're experiencing. Unfortunately, rippling just happens sometimes. It's a risk we all take.

You have Mentor mod+ saline, right? If so, what size is the SHELL of the implant, and what was the shell FILLED TO? Do you have the 550's filled to 660?
