Question i have a choice now..not sure what to do!!!help

hi everyone, need some advice please.. i am having my 3rd BA sept next year, due to more complications, (fold in gel implant) anyway i found a new PS to help me, the original one wiped his hands of me.. i have to go back into private health for a year before i can have the re-do, so i have a choice now.. at the moment i have 450/500 under muscle round gel implants. i still have sag on lefty, the new PS suggested going with teardrop overs to help with the sag, or a lift on lefty and the round or teardrops.. not sure what to do. i don't have alot of breast tissue on the right side, hardly any he said. but have had CC 1st time round and now the fold. im very confused now, i would also like to go bigger (of course..lol) boobie greed. 1st time round i was a C cup with 240/330 unders. the last time 450/500 took me to DD, but since then i have lost about 15kilos which has taken me back to a D cup. so i need to decide on teardrop or round, unders or overs lift or not!! i know im asking alot but i figure this is my last shot, so need to be sure.!! my last surgery was May 05. its been a while. thanks on any advice girls.......

The thing is, our suggestions may be what worked for our bodies...

Sounds like you are speaking with a PS that has some good ideas for YOU.

He has seen your body, type and matched them with your concerns. If you trust him, then sit and discuss the pros and cons on each method and ask which he thinks would work out BEST for you so that you can go ten or more years without any more surgery.

That is my .02 - Good luck with choice mummapink.

What tough decisions you have to make!! I think I would be nervous in choosing the teardrop implant as there has been girls here that had them rotate. I would also think that it would be more difficult to go from a round implant to the teardrop also because the pocket would have to be made smaller and the skill of the surgeon would have to be great. Of coarse there are also women out there who have the teardrop implants and absolutely love them and have had no complications. As for the lift, I would maybe seriously consider that as the extra added weight from an implant, of any sort, would cause extra sagging as well? I don't know, just thinking out loud. I am sorry you have to go through all of this and hope when this is over you end up exactly how you want to be. ~Shelly~

I am so glad you found a surgeon to help you.
My only advice is if you go with overs try to make sure he uses the cohesve 3 if you have little tissue. You don't want to be the lucky one with ripples. It can happen. I know.
You really have to decide with the surgeon which is best for you.Take his advice. Sounds like you are in good hands.

I would go with what this new PS said to do. He is the expert, not us. so if you are comfortable with his ideas/plans, than follow through. I'm so glad you found someone new to help you gf.. Do keep me posted!

If you truly feel comfortable with all that your new PS is suggesting, then I think you should go with what he says. Just make sure he knows what you like and want. Wishing you lots & lots of good luck.

Hi,
I'm so glad to hear that you found a good surgeon! I have the teardrop & Overs, and I'm really happy with them.

You'll probably get more feedback from the European & Aussie girls on here, as they (teardrop) are not as popular in the United States. (Neither is cricket or rugby. LOL!!!)

I do have a Yahoo group up, look in the private photo gallery section & then apply. I have to put some more photo's up soon.

I wish you the best with all this, & keep posting. Let us know what happens!

Take Care xx

hey everyone thanks for all the support, well i think i have decided to maybe have the lift done, and then maybe try the rounds again, only because i have no upper fullness, i don't really mind if its a bit noticeable that they are fake, and anyway i live in a small town and almost everyone knows anyway..lol. im a bit worried about teardrops because i have had such bad luck so far that i just know that i would probably have problems with it flipping, but im going back to see PS next month and will disuss it with him and will probably go with whatever he thinks is best, BUT now that i know i can go back and have my fold and VERY uneven girls fixed i once again have the dreaded BOOB GREED... hehe so here i am again looking at pics of boobs i want..lol. does boob greed never end?? this will be 3rd surgery and 3rd time bigger..haha how funny!! anyway again thanks for all the support and i will keep you all posted... and would love to see some pics of teardrops overs if thats at all possible ...still new here.. thanks
