I am so sorry that you're having to deal with all of this. Your attorney is correct, one Dr must testify against the other in order for you to be able to receive any satisfaction from the suit. I had a malpractice complication that left me in a coma for 6 weeks after a c section, for childbirth. Many Dr's told me what had probably happened but "the good ole boys club" would not testify against another member. My medical records were incomplete, weeks were missing, with the hospital claiming they were lost. Therefore nothing could be done.

Keep trying to find a plastic surgeon that will help you put this guy out of practice, I wish you the best of luck in finding one who will help you.

Oh honey i am so sorry you have to go thru this. To me, it does sound like the plastic surgeon gave you symmastia, at least on that one side that crosses over. He knew it at the time of surgery, thus the tacking down the center. Your boobs are under your armpits now because he opened the pockets up laterally (on the sides) to take the pressure off the center. This complication is hard to fix and you need to have a specialist take care of you.

What you should do is send your photos to Dr. Dewire. He is extremely well known for his revisions.

From what I've read, he will let you know what he thinks and put you on the right track. Again, I'm so sorry that you have to face this. But you CAN be fixed, don't give up hope!! Best wishes!!
