Underwire after revision

So, is it crazy to wear 2 underwire bras after a bottoming out/double bubble revision. I don't want them to bottom out again. I tried 2 of them on and it keeps the girls in place. The plastic surgeon said I need to wear a underwire on Day 2!

What do you think?

My surgery is only weeks away! YEAH. The date has been set for Dec. 11th; to fix DB/bottoming out in Left and CC in right. Officially going to OVERS! using same implants and stitching up the left and lowering the right crease. I'm praying everything looks way better than now!

I need your prayers and best wishes!!!

Any other tips for revisions?

I don't think it's crazy at all. I just had a redo for pocket revision in my left and then to go bigger, and when I got my bandage taken off, my plastic surgeon put me in my old underwire bra. He wants to make sure my pocket holds this time, plus going bigger increases the risk it could happen again.

I wore a very tight underwire and even pushed up my implant by using one of those thick foam inserts (chicken cutlet) things to push the implant high in the pocket so there was no stress on the perminant sutures... Since you are changing pockets and your not going bigger I think your making an excellent choice based on your situation... I wish you LOTS of luck and I know this is gonna be it for you for a while.. I will keep you in my thoughts as I know you have been thru alot girl !!!

I was put in a tight underwire bra 3 days after my bottoming out revision. It takes about 3 months for the new pocket to form and add support. Good luck!

You know I know how it feel to have a revision and still not be happy so if wearing 2 underwires may make it so you dont need another revision then I say do it. You have waited a long long time for this revision so I do not blame you, I know I would do it as well.

I am so excited to hear that you have a surgery date. What plastic surgeon did you decide to use? Your same one, his partner or a new one?
Best Wishes!
