Pain in lower pocket/incision area

Had my surgery on 10/7 and have felt fantastic the whole way. No unusual pain and fast healing. But lately, my right breast is very sore at the bottom of the pocket and my incision (crease) is sore as well. When I press on the muscle it doesn't particularly hurt so I can't figure this out. I'm very active and work out a lot and it's possible I could have over done something.

When you d&f, does it make you achey? It's only my right breast, but my righty has always been softer and further ahead of my left so maybe it's just normal. What is bottoming out and could this be what's going on?

I'm going to call my plastic surgeon, but thought I'd ask what your experience has been. I would appreciate any comments.
