![]() | Grayness on incision
I got a BA in may of 09 and ive been batteling infection, pain, and redness this whole time. Ive had my inscision open and cleaned and re stitched two times already. Ive also been on antibiotics since may. Now, after the last time i god restitched it looked good for a few weeks but then my lower breast turned red again and grayness began to show by the insicion sight. My surgeon says he doesnt know what it is and to just stay on the antibiotics and see what happeneds. The insicion itself looks great almost completely healed but there it some grayness in two spot of the insicion. Its been like this for a little over 3 weeks with no change and no redness for about a week...anyone else have this happen?? i just need to know whats going on

Hi! I too wish I could be more help. I would go and see your family doctor to get another opinion about what it could be. With that much time battling infections there could have been more damage to the skin than regular antibiotics can cure. You may have to go on a heavy duty one. I hope you get everything figured out soon. It sounds like you've been through so much and haven't had the time to enjoy your new body.
