Massage, Massage, Massage (CC Related)
For all of you dealing with CC or those who think they might be headed in that direction, just thought I'd report on the AMAZING results I've had with massage.
My PS did not have me massage prior to the CC diagnosis and I've been doing so faithfully since, and it's made a world of difference. Yes it hurts and yes at first you don't see how on earth this additional pain is beneficial, but trust me - it's worth it the day you wake up with a softer, more natural breast and realize that you may indeed be beating this thing! Chin up all of you CC girls - it doesn't mean doom and gloom!
