Dr. Hedden did not hesitate even once giving me 800s! I gave him a range between 700-800 and he did the 800s :) I posted two pics right after surgery they are in my post of ablbum. the girls are so big they ripped the ziper lol ! I remember cracking up when they put me in the bra and it happened lol! My experience was amazing ! my nurse was awesome everyone made me feel like a queen.
so here is exactly what I got! I have 630 shells o/f to 800s! HP mentor inframammary ! NO More gap so far! hope it stays that way. I was in lots of pain right after surgery but now I am totally fine just sleepy. lol Anyway wohoo for 800s !! best decision I have ever made .

So for all of you ladies that are at least a few weeks out from your BA...how much swelling did you have to deal with? My PS said before I went into the OR that I would lose 15-20% of the size I wake up with. Or, at least that's what I THINK he told me. Last night while talking to my DH about how large I feel, he says to me, "well he did say you will lose 10-15% of the size due to swelling...well...which is it? Because right now I feel really big, although I have to say that the swelling has went down a bit every day. Experiences?

Hello dr,

I am female, in my thirties, breastfed my children and am now researching BA. Pre kids I was 34-36 C. Now delated after my kids. Lol! I am wearing 34 B right now but am a little saggy. Not much though. I am 5'3 and weigh 110 lbs.

My fiance asked me if I could get a breast lift without implants but for the look I want I think I'll need the implants. I would love to look like a full C cup. I am pretty sure I want saline.

I am looking for a natural look but would still like some upper pole fullness. What would you recommend in terms of CC amount and profile ie mod or hp to achieve the natural look I desire?

Thanks for your time and expertise. I really appreciate it.

Just curious, I thought it was 22 unless it was for reconstructive reasons but I see alot of young ladies on here under 22 with silicone so i thought maybe the info I read was incorrect. A friend of my daughters is wanting a BA and she is 21 so I am trying to find out for her. Thank you ladies :)

I should add..in the United States, I know its different in other countries.

Okay so my band on my bra is no where near sitting flat on my Chest. It is the bra PS sent me home with... it is wireless... but has a boning type material in it and is made by Vanity Fair. It is a 34 C. Normally I wear a 32. Anywho, doesn't the band not lying flat mean I am a cup size too small? This would make since, because when I took my bra off last night my nips felt bruised from pushing against the bra...Like I am nearly busting out of it. How on earth could these be Ds? I love them so no problem here. I like the look and could care less about the size. But they don't look like Ds. Am I right though? Band not lying flat and lots of pressure against bra... need to go up a cup size?

Hi,
I have had my silicone unders for almost 4 years now. For the past 3 months I have occasionally had some discomfort from my right breast, a spot on the outside where I thought the bra might have pushed against it. Gradually I have gotten more slightly painful / discomfort sensations from both breasts. It feels like they are slightly itching on the inside, a sensation not that different from when I was breastfeeding many years ago. The last few days I feel this more or less all the time. I have already booked an appointment with my PS but I wonder if anyone else have felt something similar ?
The breasts are not tender to the touch, nor do they feel any different. Just this ongoing sensation inside.
I have been doing lots of exercise using my upper body lately, somehow it feels like my muscles do not like having the implant under them. f this does not stop I will ask to have them removed ASAP, this is scaring me.

I had my 1st post op today and it's been 6 days since and I've been icing 30 minutes on and off and it feels like I've been doing it non stop. But my ps said since I was really tight to begin with and I am still really swollen especially in between my breasts and he said I need to be icing a lot to reduce swelling and so I wot get symmastasia...I am so afraid of that! I've been using frozen peas but apparently it's not working (and they smell awful) so today I'm trying bags of ice but I'm wondering how much of a barrier I need between my skin and the ice. I put a paper towel in between but that feels really cold, I don't want it to be too cold and burn my skin but I also want it to be cold enough to reduce swelling. How did you handle the icing?? Also, I have to wear a surgical bra so it's hard to get ice to reach in between so I put some ice cubes in a zip lock bag wrapped around a paper towel and just kinda stuck it down in my cleavage but that got so cold so fast!! How cold is it supposed to be to work??? Haha sorry if I'm rambling I am just really worried about swelling and getting symmastasia!

Hi Everyone,
Very curious as to what is going on with my right breast...I am over 3 mo. post op and still have pain on that side and I'm guess it's because that is my dominant side and I also have an almost 2 yr old that I still pick up. However, when I was doing my massages in the mirror a few weeks back, I noticed that there is what looks like a bubble under my skin that moves when I massage. I'm guess it is the implant but was wondering if anyone else noticed this and what they think it is. I really don't think it's an air bubble. Any one else have this issue???
