I have difficults to find an doctor in Switzerland which is okay with making 800cc over the muscel this time.

I have looked at so many before and after pictures, and I really think that only confused me more! I look for general stats that are close to mine (5'4", 120 lbs., BWD 29, small 34B), and I look for breasts that look/shaped similar to mine. I am looking at 325-375 cc's. I am shooting for a full C. I have done the rice test, and 375 seems big. My plastic surgeon said the 325 would give me a "sporty" look, and the 375 would get me a "voluptuous" look. I am spending all this $'s, I don't want to go too small. I run a lot, and am obsessed with golf, so I don't want to go too big. I originally wanted a C cup but after coming here I felt like I needed a 500cc cup. He chuckled when I said that and quickly got serious and explained why that wouldnt work. hehe. are they close to accurate? i tried on 175, 200, 225 silicone implants mp at the plastic surgeon and felt even 200 was too big on me. when I tried on the Purlz sizers, they are not as big, but i think it's cuz i'm wearing a sports bra also. when I tried on the silicone sizer at the plastic surgeon office, i was wearing a super thin no padding bra but it doesn't have the compression affect of a sports bra.

which should i go by? the purlz sizers or the silicone implant sizers?

please keep in mind i don't want to go as big as i can and that i won't have boob greed. i'm a small girl (little less than 5') so i want to stay conservative. i know i'm spending a lot of money but honestly i won't feel comfortable with big boobs. i just want to be a full B. i'm measuring 32a, but wear 32b bra, 27 ribcage. i seem to have a lot of breast tissue, but it gets flatten out with a bra on.

I am soooooo bipolar with the cc amount issue. One day I want to go ahead with 575's. Then another day I want to play it safe with 450's. I am afraid of looking too top-heavy or appearing too large overall, post BA. I'd like the "big perky boob" (like Daisy from Rock of Love), but I'm afraid of the "big sloppy boob" look. I am 19 years old, about 5'5 and I weigh about 135.

I had my first operation june 8, 2009 and went from an A cup to a small C cup. I got high profile, saline implants. My surgeon only gave me 320 CCs which was really upsetting because I wanted bigger. He wasnt very thorough with the first surgery, so i was even contemplating whether i should go back to him, but money is an issue and i know he would probably try to work something out with me.

Now, I want to go to a large D, possibly 450-475 CC's. I just now went back to him today (6 months from my surgery) and he told me he would give me new bags for a great price. He told me he could give me 350 CC bags and overfill them to 450 cc's-maybe even 500.

The only problem is that im afraid of rippling, because many other people that I know that had a boob job got rippling and I definitely want to avoid that. This is my second surgery and I want this to be the last!

I really need some help and advice on choosing a size please. Surgeon had recommended either 260cc or 280cc moderate profile, unders. I weigh 50kgs, 158cm tall, about a 32a/b. She said I don't have that much breast tissue so 260cc would give me a nice natural look. What size will that take me to? I really want a natural looking big B or small C.

Anyone a similar size to me? What size did you have and what size are you now?
