I am currently almost a 32A. I am aiming for a 450~500cc augmentation. The look I want to achieve is that of the member on this board, "Excited". However, the thing that I noticed amongst most of the people on JBI with that similar look is that they started off a full B or C. In your opinion, is it going to be possible for me to obtain a look very similar to that with silicone 450cc unders? Or because I am so small I would have to go larger to obtain a look like that?

I feel that because I am so small that when I get it done, there will not be enough skin for the breasts themselves to look like that and that even after D&F, they would still be much higher on my chest than her.

Also, if it matters, I am 3 months pregnant at the moment. So hopefully my skin will stretch a bit during the pregnancy to help accomodate me when I go for the surgery afterwards.

Any input is appreciated. I have gone through the ups and downs mentally/physically of many things women posted on here. The, "Wow I did it!" to thinking "Did I go too big (well most women MOST don't get that here l.o.l) to am I too small?" and wow so far (as far as I know) no one has even noticed what I have done!
Of course now keep in mind I wore padded bras. Of course I would still be wearing those if I didn't. So no one really knows which is nice. I am also very tight and the girls are very perky and tight. So....is 350 too big for a girl like me? I read some women who were smaller and are wanting to down-size. It is such a personal decision with our anatomies and how we feel comfortable with it on our frames and our personalities and what we envision sexy. I honestly wanted to be modest and seriously....this is VERY MODEST so...I am very scared that I am going to measure a D but am starting to think let's just cast away the bra sizes and just embrace how it looks on us.
For all the pain/money/time I feel if I went a tad smaller like 325 I would have been perfectly okay, however, no way below 300's. I feel like a high B but so far everyone mostly measures C's and D's and I haven't Dropped and fluffed. Quite frankly other than the softening if I do end up growing I am going to be upset. I want to stay exactly where I am at. H.T.H. with anyone wondering on the 350's. Besides I am hearing there isn't big differences with 325/350
or 350/375 but I am glad I didn't go beyond 350. I have the "moob" as one lady posted on here and very much uncomfy in the morning but it is getting a little better everyday. Praying no cc's and first post op is Tuesday. I think the worst is over. I can come back in for a re-consult at any time and try other sizes if I'm not sure. I am 5'8" and weigh 150 pounds. I am a 38B, very broad chested and want to end up somewhere in the DD range. Basically, what the doctor does is harvests your own fat tissue via liposuction to extract stem cells from fat tissue and then does a fat transfer to augment the breasts. I went to see my ps yesterday and he told me straight away I should get 260cc but what do you think? I'm 5"2, 105lbs, 32 Full B cup

28" ribcage and 8" breast width. Not bad measurements, problem is I lost weight so the top part of my breast is flat and when I bend, I sag a lot and u can tell these puppies are empty :(



I did read several threads mentioning size but I would like to have more insight? Do you think 260cc is "big" enough? Should I go for larger? or keep the size the ps recommended?



He recommended Low Profile Eurosilicone 260cc over the muscle because I have a good amount of fibre (?).



Any similar cases and recommendations?
