I have overs... anyways I didnt have money nor the time frame because of moving to get a complete redo so my plastic surgeon did free a benelli lift again in hopes to lift breast a bit more however I KNOW I need a full lift... and possibly to go under muscle, even though that scares me... anyways i was putting scare cream on and lifting my breast when i lifted my righty too much and up and whoopsey there it went, flopped over knowing this i didnt freak out tooo much ( i did like OMG again!! ) and i just flipped it back... trying to not let it get to me...and just get through life cause there isnt anything moneywise i can do.. interesting how crappy my skin is... it was tighter after benelli number 2 but even with wearing a sportsbra nightly and NEVER ever going braless... i have dropped again....i cant win.....:brickwall::crying:

Hi, I'm quite new to this site, but have really been enjoying the preliminary info. and research just before undergoing my aug. on Nov. 6. Now, about a week and a half out, I have developed an infection on my left side, including fever, pain and increased drainage. Went to dr and was placed on strong antibiotics. Anyone ever had treatment with antibiotics first rather than going straight back into surgery for drainage or removal of the implant? I was just beginning to feel better and enjoy the "girls" when this happened and am so discouraged. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!!

This terrifies me because even though they are very high right now and very far apart, the strap pushes them together & down and I really don't want either of my complications to come back.

After your repair, did any of you wear the strap?

Before my BA my plastic surgeon told me that my right breast was slightly larger than the left which I had also noticed. I asked him if he would put more cc's in the left to even them out and he said he didn't need to. So I decided to get 350 cc under the muscle. I am one week post op, and the right one is much bigger than the left, it also seems to have dropped more than the left. The right is also lower and fuller looking. The left looks more pointy and high so my cleavage is uneven. Its not just me because my fiance keeps telling me "you're one boob is alot bigger than the other" (reassuring huh? lol) anyways is this normal 1 week post op? Could it look so much smaller because it hasn't dropped as much as the other, or should my plastic surgeon have added more cc's to the left to make them even? I am going to post some pics, I would appreciate some redback I really dont want a redo!!!

I just got back from my 3 month post-op appointment. Long story short. I have CC in my right boob, which is preventing it from dropping like the left, which (in my opinion) is perfect (just a little rippling on the underside, but no big deal).

My doctor prescribed Accolate for 3 months. If that doesn't work, he said we will do another surgery.

In a strange way, I actually feel like this is GREAT news! For the past three months, I kept feeling as if I was overreacting, that I was expecting perfection but this was the best I would ever get towards having nice breasts. At least I know now that there is a chance for things to improve, and I wasn't just being too critical or paranoid. I was afraid the doctor was going to tell me that there was nothing he could do and this is the best he could get them to look.

The truth is that the assymetry is not very noticeable in clothes, but as you can see from my pictures, it's very apparent when I am naked.

The other good news is that I am still really glad I had the surgery, even if they are not perfect. My before pictures are terrible! I don't remember them looking so saggy and deflated. I definitely did the right thing.

Anyway, I had to take a picture of the picture my doctor gave me, because my scanner is broken. I just uploaded it to my albums if you'd like to have a look.

I think I am the only person on these boards who is (sort of) happy to find out they have CC! :)

My right breast bottomed out :( I'm getting a revision Dec 17th. I'm just nervous because I feel as though he never really placed my implant on the right submuscularly. It was always the smaller breast, and it looks bigger now and more mounded. The nipple pokes out of my bra too. My plastic surgeon is fixing it free of charge, but I'm still nervous he will screw it up again.

Anyone have a similar situation with one nipple poking out of their bras? I'm so upset. I can't wear push-up bras

I was diagnosed with cap. contraction when I was 4mths pregnant and am so excited to FINALLY have a date booked for my repair! I go March 2 and cannot wait!

My breast is doing ok but looks insane. It was hard weaning the baby so early but my breast is really in need of being fixed. My plastic surgeon is going to perform a capsulectomy and then "power irrigation" (glad I will be sleeping!) and then pop in a new implant and likely use strattice since it is showing promise in reducing the occurence of capsular contraction returning in severe cases (I am thinking its use is similar to that of the pocket protector used by the Dr in California?).

Anyhow, I am so excited and had to tell someone!
