Hello dr,

I am female, in my thirties, breastfed my children and am now researching BA. Pre kids I was 34-36 C. Now delated after my kids. Lol! I am wearing 34 B right now but am a little saggy. Not much though. I am 5'3 and weigh 110 lbs.

My fiance asked me if I could get a breast lift without implants but for the look I want I think I'll need the implants. I would love to look like a full C cup. I am pretty sure I want saline.

I am looking for a natural look but would still like some upper pole fullness. What would you recommend in terms of CC amount and profile ie mod or hp to achieve the natural look I desire?

Thanks for your time and expertise. I really appreciate it.

Hi, i live in the Midwest and am scheduled to have a BA this coming Thursday! I am having some concerns though and hoping I can get another Dr opinion. I am fairly small framed , 5'6" and 124#. I have a bwd of 11. I was told by my ps that high profile would suit me best, and that 300 was recommended with a max of 325. I plan on going with silicone. Unfortunately I can not post pics yet as I am newer to this site, or I would show you. I have a fair amount of breast tissue because I have had three kids and breast fed them all, but have been left with 32 A cup breasts, with very very mild sag as my ps told me no need for a lift. I am really hoping for a full c cup to small d cup! I would like to know if this seems like a reasonable size of cc to get those results? I am wondering if I should ask to go to 350-375 HP? My surgeon is very good, and I trust him but don't want to be left wondering what if I would have gone up! Thanks for your time and any advice you may have would be very much appreciated!

Hi Dr. Pelletiere,

I have 421cc silicone breast implants placed in the subfascial position and I am 9 weeks post op. My breast looked fabulous weeks 1-4. Almost perfect. As the weeks pass, I've noticed my right breast seems to be moving higher on my chest. It is somewhat square shaped with a flat line on the inside of my cleavage and at the bottom of the breast. The left breast also seems to hang a bit to the side with a weird distortion on the bottom of the inner cleavage when I lift my arm.

Any idea what could be causing theses changes, my breast are not firm at all. Could it be cc or something else?

Here is a picture of me 11 days post-op
And here is a pic of what I am looking like now.

Hi Dr. Pelletiere!

I had a consultation with a local cosmetic surgeon (When I made the appointment, I didn't know the difference between cosmetic and plastic surgeons). He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced but everyone recommends a plastic surgeon so I will be pursuing other options.

At my consultation he explained something to me and I wanted to get your feedback. I liked the look of the 400 cc sizers. You can see from the stats provided in my signature that I have a small frame with little natural tissue. He said that he will do it but that he would have to try really hard to stretch the muscle over the implant to close it up completely. I think he would have felt more comfortable with me going with 350cc but ultimately he said he would do it. When I asked him how other petite girls get 400cc or more he said more than likely the muscle was not stitched completely closed. He said it was like leaving the garage door slightly open. Of course, the outside would be stitched completely closed but the inside would not be stitched all the way closed.

Can you comment on this? How do you handle it when you are unable to stretch and stitch the muscle completely down over the implant?

Thanks a million!

Hello,

Couple questions...I have asked you several questions on here and I appreciate you taking the time to answer. Your help on here, along with great reviews from other ladies on this site, I would like to see you for my revision.

I live 3 hours away and was wondering how you handle consultations and post op appts in that case. Do all of your patients just make the drive several times regardless of distance or are there any alternatives ?

Also, as far as the revision itself, is there a way for me to increase size without all of it being in projection alone ? My hope is to increase projection some, as well as adding width/volume and upper pole fullness. I am currently 14BWD, 350 overfilled to 370 mentor moderate saline unders with anchor lift. Pics are available on my profile if you have time to or need to view them again.

I have sent an email to your office with another question that I figured your staff could answer for me. I sent it from your website. Hopefully those emails do get to someone.

Thanks again for your time.

I had both procedures done on Feb 13. I have many pics in my albums for you to see. I looked like i was hit by a train. Then my surgeon scheduled me to have nipple inversion correction. We did it under local. It hurt like hell and i was utterly miserable. Now i have two ducts on the right breast leaking. One is leaking a dark brown, the other is leaking a caramel colored fluid. I have no clue whats wrong. Then my PS told me that my right breast just wasn't dropping. At my 11 week mark he went in and opened uo the pocket more. He then told me i had a mass of scar tissue and he had to remove a psedocyst(sp?) He then told me yesterday my left breast looks like it needs to be moved up to match the right because the right is not going to drop anymore due to the scar tissue. I went for a consult with someone else today and i have a consult with another PS next week. The one today told me he has no doubt in his mind that my right breast is completely fine and my left one is the one thats a problem. He said it has dropped completely out of the mucle and is sitting in the facial pretty far into my left side. He said it could be due to muscle damage, the pocket being too big, or the size of the implant couldnt be supported by the seperating of the muscle which temporarily weakens the "threads" whatever that means. Anyway. I need help!!! I am willing to travel, take pics, do what ever i need to do. I did this after losing alot of weight. My husband is on his 6th deployment and is coming home in a few weeks. Now he gets to come home to my deformity. I just wanna cry. I dont wanna exist right now!! Can you help? advice? fix it? anything?

I have heard nothing but great things about you on this forum and I would like to have my surgery with you this summer. My only dilemma is that I am in the process of losing 20lbs before my next Figure competition. Should I be at my goal weight before I have my BA? Can I finish losing after? Does it make a difference? I don't have very much breast tissue even now (barely an A cup) with 20lbs to lose.

I had a revision 13 days ago to switch my 375 mods to 700hp. My post op visit went well PS sd looks good were its holding up were it suppose to be. On the 11th day I went back to my PS cause my right had healed perfectly fine but my left got swollen and heavy feeling. PS confirmed it is swollen gave me antibiotics to see if it will go down I go back next Thursday for follow up. I'm on my 2nd day on antibiotics and has not been going down. I posted a pic on my album what it looks like. I have no fever no bruising and when you poke my left breast it is soft. Just feels heavy and swollen. Can you please tell give me advice what it could be? I'm so scared.

Thank you for your time.

Good Morning,

First I want to say I really appreciate the docs on here taking the time from their busy schedule to answer all of our questions. It is very much appreciated !!

OK, I am 6-7 weeks post op BA and anchor lift. I am very happy with the lift and the incisions are healing very well. I was very impressed and pleasantly surprised at how they looked after suregery. However, I feel I was not fully imformed on sizing and not sure how to bring it up with my PS without offending him or his staff. I am still wearing my presurg bras and not very happy about it after the money spent. During my consult, I was only given sizers from 300 to 350 to try on. I Was told anything else would be huge on me because I started as a small D with BWD of 14. I did not know of this website prior to surg or I would have questioned that more. I did not even know how big implants came or even if 350 was it since that is all I was shown.

So now after surgery, not any bigger just a little fuller. No one can tell I had anything done, people that did know have asked why I didn't have the BA (when actually I did have it done). I feel like I am decreasing in size each week. Couple of my presurg bras are even loose now.

Is this something my PS should be responsible for, should he help me fix this with minimal charge or am I expecting to much ? I know each surgeon and his policies are different, but what would be your opinion and most importantly how do I address him regarding this ?

Thanks !!

I'm sorry to bother you as I know you are busy but if you can help me with this I would appreciate it (I also have a call in to my PS) My right breast has been the pain since day 2..much tighter, squarish and just more sore but its starting to concern me that it hasn't changed any since sugery(3weeks ago). I massage as much as possible and follow my PS orders on everything. I have some nude pics I will put public and also put a current one-well from 4/30 but it looks the same today also. Also the muscle from my armpit area to my breast is so tight..is there anything I can do to ease this and help with the squareness and swelling? I keep having this fear that its CC but I don't know. Thank you so much

Fake Looking vs. Natural
Alright, let me start off by saying I had a wonderful surgeon and a wonderful staff. I originally had full B to small C size breasts. I had BA on December 1, and now I am a mid D. I love my size.

My surgeon, because he is so good, made my boobs look completely natural. I've had several people tell me they cannot tell I've even had surgery except in a bikini...even when I'm wearing a Victoria secret padded push up-they still look very real. While many women would love this, I on the other hand do not. Honestly-at all.

I do not want mine to be obscenely fake looking (nothing wrong with that) but I actually really like that very circular shape and the lines on the top of your breasts that show you have implants and they are round and firm. I like the way fake boobs look, I always have which is what I was after.

Now, idk what to do. Idk if I am being to picky or if there is something that can be done to make them more fake looking and more
Firm and more full of the implant if that makes sense? The only thing I can think of is takin out some of my natural breast tissue and replacing my implant with a bigger one. However, idk if that would help, if it's possible or what that kind of cost is??

Any thoughts or comments please please let me know if you think it's worth the trouble of looking into or if I should stop bein so picky.

Any advice or suggestion is much appreciated. :-)

Ok, I am going to try and explain this the best I can to make sense lol. I am 5weeks post op anchor lift and BA. Left breast seems totally fine. Right breast has seemed a little larger/wider on the side near armpit since right after surgery. I am just recently starting to sleep on my side. When rolling to left side, the right breast gets painful and I can feel the implant moving (I am assuming its the implant). If I roll to the right side, seems to be ok. Also when bending over, the right breast is uncomfortable. I also still get alot of "contracting" in both breasts but mostly the right. This is where the breast gets hard and tight and then will ease up after couple minutes. Is all of this normal process of healing or could these be signs of capsular contracture ?

Thanks for your help !!
