However I was told by a friend that you can develop a rash underneath your boobs if you have larger ones. She didn't specify if this was as a result of natural or fake ones. We are pretty close. She knows my implants might be leaking and it's time for me to get them changed.

Thing is.... I'm planning on going bigger, from my current 36DD to an F or G. That's adding anywhere from 450cc - 600cc (I'm guessing).

She already thinks my boobs are huge (compared to hers I guess they are), and I don't really have an explanation why Mommy wants to (and plans to) go bigger.

I did say that I would be swollen when the surgery was over so they would look bigger to which she replied "Wow! do they even make them bigger!" (I had to chuckle... glad she has a safe google search enabled on her computer.)

Sooo.... I still am not sure what to say, short of, I'm going bigger, and then not being able to add the adult aspect of sex, sexier, enjoying boobs, etc.

Anyone had a challenge with a teenage daughter?

basiclly now that it is summer I am happier with the size again, they seem to look a little "calmer"...but during the winter I was seriously OVER the bigness of them and always felt "fat".

I went very large overfill to reduce rippling, not becuase I wanted huge boobs, but the fact is I still have ripples, and Im not really made for huge boobs...Just my personal prefrence.

I am 29 years old and I had my first augmentation at 23 by Dr. Baeke, in Kansas City, he has since retired.

I have been looking to get a redo ever since my boobs dropped.

I was originally a 36DD before the surgery. I am currently a 36GG or 36H, depending on the bra.

I currently had HP 650CC (left) and MP 750CC (right) silicone.

I know that to go much bigger I will be getting saline.

I have been looking at many, many doctors...so hard to choose.

For those of you that have had a second surgery, was it more difficult to choose a surgeon this time around or was it easier?

I will post pictures as well as the look that I want to go to.
