Now that I am sure of my revision with 800cc saline implant overfilled to 950 to 1000cc I am ecstatic. My date is December 30. I just want to make sure the hp won't give me a torpedo look. I love the big fake look as well as the soft natural look. I have 800c's silicone and I am 36G. I want the cleavage, projection and fullness. My plastic surgeon said hp's give a terrific shape. Actually, he said HOT shape. Opinions?

Im having 900cc's that are 'Very' High Profile,, when I asked the surgeon if that was Higher than a 'high Profile' he said yes,, I had never heard of such thing before so had to double check!

Has anyone else got these?,,, Would love to know how they look and fit into your shape?

You dont have to be 900cc's,,, just really would like to know about the shape etc and how you feel about it.

So who has VERY High Profile Implants??

I'll be going back and getting what I expect to be the 800cc Mentor moderate plus implants, overfilled as much as my Doctor will be able to go up front, with fillups to follow later, placed above the muscle (hopefully will help in appearance of size too).

Originally, I didn't think I wanted side-boob, but a side effect of having my boobs fall to my side more than I like, losing cleavage without the right bra, is that I discovered I do actually like the rounded side boob look a lot. When I have the implants overfilled to the levels I'm talking about (1600+ ccs), do you think the diameter is going to dramatically decrease? I pretty much have decided that I really like to look as far from natural as possible, and love the look where is looks like the boobs are bursting upwards with roundness. I want that, but not needing any help from a bra, and I want huge amounts of projection :).

I still find that projection is the most important thing to me, and I would rather be able to have good cleavage when going braless, or at least without a bra that really tries hard to pull me together, if it meant I couldn't have the side boob.

Looking at the specs, it appears that at their maximum fill ratings, its around 3" more in diameter to go from the 400cc mod+ to the 800cc mod+. Of course, I've exceeded Mentor's specification, going to 500cc, and will definitely be exceeding it when I go back, so it's hard to say exactly what will happen based on the set of 4 numbers.

Before my first surgery, I thought I wanted HPs, but it appears to me that if I went with HPs, yes they start out with more projection, but in the end, would have far less diameter, so really probably don't make sense with the overfilling in mind. And the regular moderates aren't really wider, and start out with a lot less projection. So, if your surgeon uses Mentor, I guess most people going larger than 1000+ cc's end up with mod+?

Can anybody that has significantly overfilled their saline implants provide any insight as to how their size changed as they went larger, whether it be from the smaller size to the next, or if you actually went larger with the same size/style, just more overfill?

Hello everyone!

Just wished to Introduce myself to you all and hope to join this wonderful little world full of boob lovers!!

I am currently at 620 cc's and wishing to jump to 1000cc's possibly 1100's. I am travelling to Prague for my op in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if anyone else had had the BA here or any other part of Europe?

Also 'they have not got back to me yet with a date or details' what size will they go upto in Europe without needing customs made,,,, 'outside of the UK' 'silicone Implants pref'?? One additional thing is that my boobs are quite low,,, and I dont wish to have an up-lift,,, so what advantages would their be if I had high profile Implants?,, the ones I have in now are round.

This will be my 3rd BA x

I was 32D/25/38 after wards and close to 130 lbs of mostly muscle.

I meet a women a couple years ago and totally fell in love with her (boobs that is) She was about my size now and had 700cc Silicone. They looked so Natural and basically AWESOME!!

So that really gave me an Idea of what size I really wanted, since I have been waiting to get them redone since i woke up with them!!

I did the Rice Test , added to what I already had and 700 looked good, 800 looked Great But I wouldn't want to go any bigger.

I was a 34 G the whole time I was Prego with my first youngin and after I had him I think I went to a 34H But they were HUGE AND square and Hard as a Rock.... LMAO...

So anyway, My nipples don't currently line up, one implant sits a little lower, and they are to far apart. I want Cleavage!!! And I want Big Boobies that lstill look Natural...

I am located in Northern Indiana, and I have really be looking over the years and I have decided I am very Happy with Dr. Leonard Hochstein in Southern FL.
