The legs/butt part of this plus squats and sumo squats. Get low and squeeze your buns the whole time. And lots of protein drinks. My butt is back to amazing because of this and I'm going to keep going too. Good luck!

Lots of squats (ass to the grass), deadlifts, lunges and Jefferson squats (youtube a demo of this), and hip thrusts do it for me. I work legs 2x a week. Do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, and stay away from long sessions on the cardio machines. Cardio is good for you, but too much can be detrimental to your muscle gain; that's why HIIT is so good because you are getting weight lifting/cardio benefits all in one. Good cardio to do to build your glutes is the Stairmaster and sprint intervals on the treadmill. Diet is key, but I'm sure you know this--get your protein in, and always 5-6 small meals a day to keep the metabolism going. You HAVE to eat to build muscle. Give it time too, it will not happen overnight, you have to stay consistent. Lift heavy to build and shape your muscles. I listen to so many girls say they just want to tone up; you can call it what you want, but you either have a muscle, or you don't.

Good luck!!

Haha...I just sent one! I started a thread a few days ago, and I felt the same way. It took a couple days for someone to reply.

Omg, I just told my husband I had three people in one week ask me if I lost weight in my a$s. His reply was that the bigger boobs make it look smaller haha. I was going to post a thread about the same time, so thanks, and thanks to the ladies with the advice!

I have decided on 425cc's silicone, moderate profile, textured, under muscle. Only hoping to end up with a small D and a natural look. The BL scars scare me but I feel it's worth the "up" I will get.

Good luck I hope it works out for you!
Also it takes a bit of time to get so many replies. I think we all watch our posts so hard that it feels it takes a while but in reality everyone's takes a bit to get more replies.
