Maybe this is a stupid question...I'm still learning all this, but I forgot to ask during my first consult if your breasts will sag and look messed up if you get your implants removed or if you decide on smaller implants later. Will that happen? Or do you always have to do some kind of breast lift with removal/down-sizing? Just in case I decide later to go smaller which probably won't happen!

I'm no expert, but, I would guess that you would need a lift of some kind to get rid of the excess skin. I don't think there would be any other way than to cut it out. I doubt that you'd want to go smaller after having the girls for awhile!! I did have the boobie greed for awhile, but now I'm very happy with the size I ended up with!! I figure when I get a redo 15 years from now I'll go bigger to get (keep) my hubby's attention! What size are you wanting right now?

I'm not even sure about cup sizes - I think I want a full C, I did the rice test and it looked perfect at 295cc under a sports bra...maybe even a little more than that, I'm going to experiment with 310 tomorrow night. 330cc looked too big on my frame to me, I'm really really slender. Oh, and I want them under the muscle. What size were you before your BA?
