I am seriously sloped with HPs. Starting to think I should start a Yahoo group.

I think you definitely can get the look you want, Anne. Just take those lovely, anatomical drawings into your PS. He'll know exactly what you want. I am getting more and more slope. I actually hope it stops soon. I would like to keep some of the upper pole fullness. I had plenty of slope, pre-BA. Pretty much a concave slope! LOL! Not a good memory.

Annie
Thank you!!! You are such a sweet person! I know there are different looks. I thought I always wanted the "slope" look, but I didn't have much breast tissue to begin with and I got HP's. I really have upper pole volume which I am starting to appreciate. I look like I have a "push up" bra on without having anything on! So, I guess we can't have it all!

Yeah, like most things it can go either way. I think a lot needs to be taken into consideration. Not everyone with HP's are perky and not everyone with mods are slope-y (is that even a word, lol). I think there are more out of the "norm" than in the norm. I know I fit the definition of mods to a "T" though. I have moderate projection and lots of width.

Thanks, don't worry. I actually have started to really like them. I really didn't want this look, but I am 40 and they actually make me look youthful in a way.

So you went in asking for a natural look and you did not get it? Well, I don't think the higher fuller look is bad, it looks great on most that have it, I just never envisioned myself with it. I have heard tons of women here say the same thing though, that they went in wanting au natural and then when they started to drop and fluff, they wanted the upper fullness back again.... thanks for your honesty. You look really great, I'm sure of it!

I actually got small High profiles and I (THINK) I have quite a natural slope...I only had a small amount of breast tissue...I was a full A cup. I was aiming for a natural result!

I think the result really does depend on many factors. I'm sure if you ask for a natural result , you will get it.

You rock chic! And I wouldn't exactly worry about you showing him my boobs! It's not like he'd spend too much time starin at um!

That's wierd...I don't remember where it was but when I was researching for mine I saw quite a few people out there that have that very same look. It's totally achievable.

It depends on your shape before hand and also the implant. My ps was getting me to decide between the round implants or the teardrop implants. He advise to use the implants closest to your present shape but the tear drop ones would probably give you a more sloped effect.

I got high profile and think they look quite natural - I guess it depends on your stats etc
