What's the difference between small C, mid C, and full C?

I'm a little confused when people say this. Is a small C actually a Full B.... and doesn't really fit into a C cup? And a mid C.... partially fits into a C cup... and a Full C fits perfectly in a C cup?

Great question. I would think that a small C just fits okay..a mid C fits a little bigger, and a full C where you're almost popping out of a C cup bra?

That would be my interpretation. Small would be too big for the size down and Full would mean just a little too small for the next size up.

Here's my example with my D cups. 397's I just barely got a D now with my 550's I am a full D or almost a DD, does that make sense? In other words a C cup I would explode out of where before I could have at least squeezed into a C cup.

There's not much of a difference. It may make some girls feel better if they say they're a full C vs a small or medium C. I hope I don't get any flack for saying that, but that's how I see it. If you are a large C, you might be able to fit into a D and if you're a small C you would probably be fine in a B bra.

I agree - very good thread!

I told my PS at my consultation that I'd like to be a large B or small C because that is what I was when I was pregnant and I really liked the look. However, after looking through other women who have similar body types to myself, I believe I am going to ask for a full C. I'm going to have to ask him what his opinion on a full / mid C is!

I was what I called a "very full c" pre op. What I mean by that is that I had alot of volume with no sagging, and quite a bit of upper pole. I fit into a c cup bra with nice cleavage...a d didn't give me that but still fit.
Just my interpretation!

I don't know about small, medium and large, but on this page:
http://www.justbreastimplants.com/size/
using the sizing chart, I'm a "B", not a "full B" - they measure in half inch increments and it depends on your band size, but they only list the 2 sizes of each cup letter, regular and full.
I consider myself a small B because I don't fit A but there's still some room in the B cup. I would imagine if you filled it perfectly that would be mid, and full would be large?
