Question Sleeping on your stomach good or bad?

Hey ladies,
I was wondering if sleeping on my tummy is a good thing or not for my implants. I keep hearing different things..sometimes its good for the D&F process other its bad for the breasts. So which would you say it is?? Thanks so much!

I havent had my surgery yet, by my doctor recommended to sleep on my stomach the first night, but that most people are too uncomfortable to do so. He said it helps to massage them. Ask your doctor though- it might be what mine recommends due to his preferred incision and placement

Hi I didn't sleep on my stomach for around 3 mths simply because it was too uncomfortable after a few minutes.I'm almost 4 mths now and it was around the 3 mth mark I could comfortably sleep all night on my stomach. Some Drs say it's good to try as it prevents CC.I don't know about that but I don't think there is anything wrong with it,just make sure you are ready.

I am totally a stomach sleeper, so if the pain is not bad I guess I will try. It's like being PG all over again, when you want so bad to sleep on your tummy and you can't!

I am a big tummy sleeper and this was one of the most difficult things for me after my BA. Not every PS will say the same thing about it so do what your PS says. I was not supposed to sleep on my tummy and I got the OK to sleep on my side a week post op. I slept on my side with a pillow and that helped a little bit. I just recently started to sleep on my tummy for small amounts of time. It was weird at first but I am slowly getting used to it. But def ask your PS.
