I was wondering what happens during pregnancy, do your boobs get even bigger? can you get stretch marks? do they sag after ward? Are they smaller?
Do you need more surgery?
Has anyone here breastfed with implants?

Hope I can answer some of your questions. I breastfed my son for 1 year. My incision was inframmary and I had my implants placed under the muscle. I don't feel I had any problems with the process due to my implants. My breasts got pretty huge during my pregnancy. My co-workers joked with me that I wasn't really pregnant, I really had just gotten implants (little did they know!).

My breasts did lower a little bit after I stopped breastfeeding. My PS said it's not really from breastfeeding, the pregnancy itself causes changes and your skin gets thinner. I am getting another BA for bigger size, but don't need a lift. I didn't end up with any stretch marks (but didn't on my stomach either). I guess you would say that since my breasts lowered a little bit, they didn't seem to have the same volume as before.

I didn't have implants when I was pregnant and nursing. I had a small B cup before babies, went up to about a D when nursing and then ended up a very flat and deflated A after. Everyone is different, though.

I would say that your body would still react to the hormones the same as if you didn't have the implants. So I think, yes, they'd get bigger and change. It also depends on the person how much or how little the changes are noticed. Good luck!
