I am getting very nervous, any help from ladies with saline overs will help!

Hi Ladies,
I am scheduled for my ba on August 17.
My doc and 2 others said that I am a candidate for overs, or partial unders with a little lift, forgot the name of lift.
I am 45, had 3 children. I am a small 34b, with a little bit of sag.
I workout alot, and have well defined pec muscles. I am 5ft2, muscular frame and weigh 125.
I was told to stay at around 275cc saline filled to 300-315.
After reading this wonderful site, I am nervous about overs.
1) Will I sag more?
2) will I ripple,
3) will they look nice?
Ladies, anyone who has had a similar situation and went for overs, please share with me, I would greatly appreciate your help.
Good and bad, I want to hear it all, as I still have time to make changes.

I won't comment on the rippling because I have silicone, however as in sagging, overs is a "quick fix" for moderate breast sagging, which I had. Now I have VERY nice natural looking breasts. Don't regret it one bit. When I do need a re-do for whatever reason, I will be getting overs again. Sagging is inevitable, i.e., gravity! But, no, the overs don't accentuate sagginess, it helps. Gravity will eventually take hold on all of us girls eventually with overs and unders.

Thank you,
That makes me feel better. You ladies on here are great!

Just one more question:

How did you know you had enough breast tissue to handle overs?

Hi Sunshine! I'm 45, 3 kids, saline overs as well!! I had quite a bit of sag, was a candidate for a lift (especially on my righty), but chose not to (I wanted a very simple procedure). I got 420cc implants, filled to 430R/500L to help with asymmetry.

What I can tell you about MY overs is this: My augmented boobies are my old boobies, just fuller and with a better shape (rounder). Meaning, MY boobs hang, which I wanted, which I suppose would be called "sagging". Without removing skin and such with a lift, their was no way (or desire) to keep that from happening. Which has a lot to do with pre-BA structure AND the elasticity of my skin.

I can feel my implants. My right one, which is 7 months old, has gone through phases where I could feel rippling in various locations---that has "fluffed" away over time. Now all I feel is the bottom of the implant, which is a little bumpy/ripply. Hubby says "huh???" when I ask him if he feels it, so that's cool.

My lefty, which is only 2 months old, and was overfilled, is going through its changes. Right now, I can feel (and sort of see with my powerful ray-gun eyes that don't miss a blasted thing!!) rippling at the cleavage and can feel the bottom of the implant. My righty went through the cleavage-ripples stage as well as it 'dropped' or my skin stretched. I am confident that is just a stage, and I rub cocoa butter on that area obsessively like I did righty.

I also have a little blip under my nipple on lefty which I can feel, like a bubble. Probably the valve and I may have to live with that. HOWEVER, from experience with righty, I do know that my breast tissue seemed to take a while to get happy and settled and to "fluff", so maybe that will lessen in time.

As for "knowing" if I had enough breast tissue...I didn't know SQUAT. I left that to the PS!! As it turns out, larger righty had more skin to fill and more tissue, so smaller lefty, even with more cc's, will probably still seem smaller. Looks it. But for me, and maybe for now!!, I am pleased with the difference as it makes them seem more natural.

If I could change one thing, I would have had the lift on my righty. I like saline, it just 'sits well' with me, and feels fine to me and hubby!

Sorry for the novel, but I tried to give details.

I'm getting saline overs.......currently a 34A, hoping for a 34C after BA in one week.

With overs, can you feel the implant.....I don't mean internally....but more like, when someone else touches your boobies, can they feel the implant inside or do they feel kinda natural to the touch.

I'm just concerned about getting overs......maybe unders will feel more natural to the touch. My PA said I have a choice between the two, but she would rather do overs and not hurt my muscle if it's not necessary. I just want to get boobies that look an feel as natural as possible...(don't we all!) LOL..
