When do implants soften up?
Mine are pretty tight still at Day 19 Post Op and not really soft or squishy at all. When did yours start to soften up? Is that the same as D&F or does it happen sooner than D&F?

I was done dropping at around 6 weeks, but I noticed around 7-8 months they got really soft, and bouncy. They were already soft but this was softer.

My ps told me at my first post op visit that they will soften up at around the 2 month mark. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I've been able to move mine around and push them together since a few days post-op, but I wouldn't consider them soft. They still have that implanty firmness to them even though they're mobile.

You will see this a lot on JBI... but everyone is different. D&F is what allows them to get softer, especially the "F" part because your muscles relax and that (along with any swelling) is why they are so hard. The implants themselves don't change. Your body does.
To answer your question, I think I started seeing a difference after about 5 weeks, and I would say they got softer & softer for about 6 months.
