Overs

Ok ladies. I need some help. I go for my pre-op on Wednesday. It is then I will be going boob shopping. I see in my head exactly what I want to look like when I am done. i will be having a BL/BA. My PS recommended silicone overs which I was thrilled about. This is my first bA and was worried I wouldn't be able to get silicone. I like the idea of overs because less pain and recovery. Here are my questions for you beautiful ladies who have overs/unders silicone implants:

1. If you have overs, do they look natural?
2. If you have overs, have you experienced any sagging?
3. If you have unders can you see the implant shift during certain movements?
4. For either type, can you feel the implant? My concern is that with overs, I would feel the implant.

Sorry for all the questions. But, you girls know best. Knowledge is power.

1. If you have overs, do they look natural? I think they do, don't go by my avatar, I was playing in a bra that I love, but it is a bit too small

2. If you have overs, have you experienced any sagging? They have dropped nicely, I thought on the verge of sagging, but I can't keep a pencil under them when I tried the other day

I have overs. They look natural except for when I flex my pecs. They don't distort like unders would, but my skin tightens when I flex and the implant looks very obvious. In my avatar I'm wearing a push up bra so they look pretty fake. In my profile pic I'm wearing a non-padded bikini so that should give you a better idea.

No, I can't feel them, and no, there's no sagging.

I have partial unders - I can't see my implants shifting but do feel them when I'm jumping up and down, or I'm lying on my stomach. Otherwise, they just feel like a part of me.

How about recovery? What was the pain factor like and did any of you have a breast lift to occompany your augmentation? Thanks for your feedback!!

My recovery was uncomfortable, but not from pain in my boobs (only morning boob) everything that hurt was down to the BA though, neck and shoulders and back really hurt thru bad posture, and severe indigestion caused by the anti biotics and a feeling of extreme weakness caused by low blood pressure. If I were to go thru this again, so many of those discomforts would be eliminated b/c I would be more knowledgable.

I was borderline for a lift, but I refused, the implant acted as a lift in my case x

Hi I am getting my b(o )( o)bies 2morrow. Glad u asked these ?s as u have answered some of my concerns. I can't wait, just hope they look like I want them 2. Hope I'm big enough, but not too big!
Got to b there at 10:30am, I thought I'd b nervous but I feel so amazingly relaxed but soooooooooooo excited.

Lucky! I wish that was an option for me. I definitely don't want the scarring associated with the lift that I will need. Guess that's what happens when you lose a significant amount of weight. Oh well, flat sagging breasts or perky fuller breasts with some scarring? I choose the second.

I have unders, and they don't distort at all when I flex, but like Tiffany said, I can see the muscle tense up and the whole boob moves, so it looks pretty fake to me. I didn't realize that could happen with overs, too.

I can't really feel the implant. Early on, when I'd push in with my fingers on the lower outside part of the breast I could feel the outline of it, but now that's pretty much gone. They feel and look very natural with the exception of the flex-thing. HTH

1. No, they don't look natural. I think they're pretty obvious, then again apparently for "normal" people who aren't into implant spotting like us they're sort of on the border. Then again, I told my PS to use the biggest implants he can fit in and I was going for a more fake look.
2. No sagging so far, but I expect it'll come with time as apparently I'm prone to it.

4. Yes I can easily feel the implant. My husband can't, and overall my breasts just feel a bit more firm than before. But I assume this could've also been avoided had I gone smaller.
