Explain, Unders vs. Partial Unders Please....

I've been reading how some have had unders and some partial unders. I saw an animation which was explaining this method, but I didn't see the difference. I'm so confused...

Full unders are completely under the muscle, while partial-unders (what I have) are when the implant is under the muscle at the top but not at the bottom.

I had my 6 week post op yesterday (unfortunately, it wasn't with the PS -- he was tied up with surgery)! I ended up leaving because I had to wait so long, but part of the time I was waiting, I asked the nurse about that. I thought I had complete unders, but the nurse said that it's really not possible and that they ARE partials, but they had never specified that.
